I have eaten Taco Bell 2-3 times a week for over a decade and this was the best one by far. The Gordita was so soft, the spicy ranches were filled up all the way and somehow the beans were seasoned way better than other Taco Bells. This place is incredible. It’s the holy grail of Taco Bells. The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient. If you’re a Taco Bell fan you need to make the trip to this one, I don’t care if you live in New York, this is a must make trip.

WHY GET RID OF THE LOADED BEEF NACHOS!?
Used to be super affordable, delicious and filling. (Now its gone off the menu) you can order the Nachos bell grande but it has soire cream and chunks of tomatoes and is more than double the cost of the loaded beef nachos.. Terrible choice on Taco bells part!

Very impersonal experience. Nobody greets you. If you stand at the counter, nobody acknowledges you.
I guess they only want people to order with the kiosk. There was no physical receipt option. Only text or email.
Then they call your name, hand off the food, and quickly turn away.
The food was as expected, and the store was clean inside.

I usually order from here, the portions of the food are becoming worse, I wanted steak but where’s the steak or the cheese and I ordered nacho fries and they were insanely cold

I placed my order at the kiosk and waited over 5 minutes for someone to come accept the cash. When they finally did (around 10 minutes of me standing there saying hello, I finally asked the loomis guy that was walking in the back to get their attention for me, they still ignored at that time) Service was absolutely a nightmare!

Went to Taco Bell today for lunch. The employee behind the resister had his nose hanging out of his mask. The tables to sit at were Dirty. The food didn’t have hardly any meat in it, for the money I spent I could have went somewhere else and had better than what I got here. You’re not going to get Full here so save your money and go elsewhere.

I rarely eat out be decided to treat myself. The staff was rude in the drive thru he had black long hair. I have no idea why. And when I got home my order is wrong. I’m very disappointed. It’s expensive to eat out and to get treated poorly on top of that makes me so sad.
