This location never ceases to disappoint, with poor service, and food preparation. It’s like they don’t care. Today, my crispy taco was shattered into 10 pieces, more like a taco salad. They either did it when they made it, or when they mashed the lid down on the box it came in. Other times it’s a really sloppy burrito, with messed up ingredients, or rancid cinnamon twists, or something missing all togetther. And service is almost always poor, with no napkins, or requested taco sauce, and really curt attitudes. I’d stopped going here for the reasons just mentioned, along with the crazy high prices. But today I decided to try the new, more reasonably priced $5 crave box. Bad idea. They’re just as bad as they’ve always been. It’s not a “deal” if the quality and service stink. I used to be a huge fan of Taco Bell. But with the crazy high prices, and lousy food prep and service, they’re nothing like they used to be.

For not being a fool Taco Bell they do have the whole menu. Minus breakfast as they’re not open during those hours. I would like to give a five-star rating on food but it’s kind of hit or miss. Sometimes it is absolutely excellent and made correctly and other times it’s just kind of thrown together.
But they are 100% willing to work with you to make past items that aren’t on the menu but since they have the ingredients you can turn a bean burrito into a enchirito, or make a meximelt. I’ve never run into a problem even if they are new and don’t know what those are it’s still pretty simple to order in a specific way to get the product you want.
The lobby is usually very clean and the dream station is clean, the fruitista machine that makes the Baja blast freeze and the strawberry or whatever flavors they have at the time seems to be working all the time. All in all pretty good experience. Also from what you can see the back of the house is clean and organized

Will truly stands out at this KFC/Taco Bell. We went through on Sunday night the 21st around 8:30ish and just like every other time he’s working, the service was outstanding. He’s quick, polite, and always adds a little extra friendliness that makes the experience memorable. We also work in customer service, and it’s rare to find someone this consistent and positive. Will deserves recognition, a raise, and a promotion!! He’d be a fantastic trainer or manager and is a huge asset to this location.

Who I believe is the manager is completely disrespectful and not a good role model for the other workers there. I went at night and the lady was struggling to understand my order. This new girl comes in and has attitude about everything. In the end of my order she said it shouldnt be that hard to order. I told her shes in customer service and I go to the next window. I tell her she needs to learn respect and she mocked me. My friend told her shes works at a taco bell and she refused to serve us. She was completely in the wrong and disrespectful. Do not go here if you dont want to get trated like garbage.

Drove up after a football game, tried to order in the drive-thru. The “manager” took our order with the WORST attitude. We were having trouble ordering because they were making it impossible. After ordering she goes, and I quote “Was it that hard to order?” Full sass. Never again, if this is the management at Taco bell, then they clearly need new ones.

I had a big order for lots of kids between Taco Bell and KFC. I listed everything I should order and the cashier helped me know how to combine things into combos to make it cheaper. Even had an extra drink (compared to what was asked for by the kids) which could be shared by some kids. The order was accurate and the kids were happy with their food.

I don’t usually eat here but I pulled in for a crunch wrap supreme… and it was the best made crunch wrap I’ve ever had. It was full all around, evenly stuffed, with ingredients equally distributed, tasted fresh, and was folded properly. Bravo to whomever was working around 6:30 or so and made that crunch wrap supreme with chicken on February 8, 2025.

I tried to enter the dinning room at 9:40pm it is stated on the door that the dinning room closes at 10:00pm, when I tried to enter all the doors were locked!!! There was workers inside and when I tried to ask them to open the door they refused and were very rude and hostile. They ignored me and wouldn’t serve me, I asked for a manager and they wouldn’t provide them for me( probably cause they knew they were in the wrong)I am very upset at the service I received and hope that there is disciplinary action regarding these very rude workers, do better!!!
