Warning About Delays and Food Safety Concerns
I want to give everyone a heads-up about the consistent issues at this location. Every single time I (or other delivery drivers like Dashers, Uber Eats, and Grubhub couriers) pick up orders from here, there are major delays, sometimes up to 60-90 minutes. Not only that, but the food is often left sitting out on tables in the lobby, even after hours, without proper heat or protection. This is clearly a potential food safety issue and it’s frustrating for everyone involved.
If you’re considering ordering from here, just be aware that your food might be delayed and sitting out for a while before you get it. Hopefully management changes their approach soon, but until then, proceed with caution. Pictures are from Nov 15th, 1am-2:30am. I will be reporting this location to the health department and BBB. Staff said this is the way GM and District Manager want things done.

Pauli, Audrey, Jesus, and Jessica took my order today and they were very kind, generous, patient, and fast for me. They accidentally gave me incorrect tacos, and when I called to ask them about what might have happened, they immediately asked me what the correct item was and when I would be back in store to pick it up. No bs, no verifying anything, just straight up ownership and accountability. This crew knows what they’re doing and how to handle themselves at work! When I got back to Taco Bell there was a slight wait for my tacos, and Audrey and Pauli were clocking out. As Pauli was at the register she made sure to take care of that one last customer and asked me what I needed. Because of the slight wait she gave me free tacos for my next visit to taco bell and apologized personally for the inconvenience. I will most definitely be coming back to this location in the future

30-minute wait for food at 4 in the morning. Never did receive order. Non- employees hanging out in closed lobby. Haha I wouldn’t go back if they paid me. Deplorable deplorable deplorable!!!

I’ve been coming to this location as both a customer and a delivery driver for years now. The drive through is alright usually. The lobby on the other hand? Awful. I had to wait 45 minutes for an order the other night. There is absolutely no reason for that. Not to mention the after hours window is a nightmare. To make us wait outside for god knows how long in the freezing cold is genuinely cruel. It’s these details that make me avoid locations all together. I will gladly give another location my money. And if you’re a delivery driver, I would recommend avoiding this location! Save your time and money.

We had no issues in ordering but once we got home & got ready to eat we realized our food was overloaded with jalapenos on which we declined to have added & the taco salads had some weird sauce added that wasn’t supposed to have been as well as refried beans. Called & explained the issues, & was told to return to have our order redone. Went to retrieve our corrected food but was only given selected items not the full order that was agreed upon.
Was quite disappointed & most of our dinner was thrown out. I usually love and can’t get enough of taco bell but this time was not a great experience.

This is the single worst Taco Bell location I’ve been to. Crunchwrap had 0 meat at all, like literally no meat, absolutely insane. 5 layer burrito was also basically empty, they put onions on the burritos I ordered when I said no onion. Crunchy taco was cold. Diet Pepsi was flat. Literally everything was bad.

The new “Steak Cheesy Dipping Burritos” are a joke. Usually I love taco bell for its good food and lower prices but this item is completely misrepresented. The picture is of two decent sized burritos, when in reality you’re getting burritos the size of fingers. Not worth the money and false advertising. Come on Taco Bell, you’re better than this.

Went to the drive through this evening. The girl working the window was beyond rude so I asked for my money back. Manager was nice and apologized when we drove away she proceeded to wave at us in a childish manner..

We picked up the order and when we got home it was wrong. Chicken not beef, sauce when no sauce requested. Beef and bean burrito, bean only. Mild hot sauce, hot only. This is twice this has happened. Process broken, where’s management?! I used to enjoy the food on the run, but enough.

They up sale you to get sour cream on everything but then not only no sour cream to be found on any item but the didn’t even give me my bean burrito and my beefy 5 layer. Wow missing 2 items and all sour cream . You can be as nice as you want but mess up the order and customers aren’t happy… There goes my dinner I spent my last few bucks on food I never got… Sad day
