Exactly what you expect. It tastes like Taco Bell, it hits like Taco Bell, and it fills the Taco Bell-shaped hole in your soul. No illusions here.
That said… the prices have gotten a little wild. When a bean burrito costs more than a burger at McDonald’s, something feels off. Beans and tortillas crossing into luxury pricing territory was not on my bingo card.

I have been to this Taco Bell on campus several times over the last semester. I have noticed that they skimp the fillings on all thier burritos. I’ve paid $6 for burritos and they’ve all come skimped. The picture shows 2 burritos, on the left is a $6 Supreme on the right a $1.69 been and cheese. They are the same size approximately. Rip off.

This location is always out of nacho fries or the nacho cheese that goes with the fries. If you’re never going to have any don’t even bother putting it on the menu.

I love Tacobell, especially as a college student. My gripe with this restaurant is no mobile ordering, with my busy schedule I don’t have time to stop after class and order at the counter then wait for the food, the other restaurants on campus will continue to receive my business because I can order while in my class then swing by grab my order and go not missing my next class. If this establishment wants to get serious about receiving business they need to allow mobile ordering like other establishments on campus.

This Taco Bell is the best in Utah county. It’s a little bit more pricey because UVU dining services can be a little bit stingy as far as money goes, but it’s a university fast food place. They have to make money. Also, the customer service is great and they’re always quick. A lot of people on campus are super impatient and can’t deal with the fact that these people are human too. Seriously, customers need to pay attention to signs better.

The staff at the Taco Bell in UVU is always so friendly, and quick. I don’t think they’ve ever gotten my order wrong, even if I customize food, which I can’t say for most restaurants. The only thing that could make it better is if they had salsa verde again like most other Taco Bell stores.

This place could replace their staff with sloths and the service would be faster. Waited a half hour for my food only to be told that they were out of the meat I originally ordered. I should have expected much less of an on-campus Taco Bell.
