This is our usual Taco Bell. We like it a lot! Sometimes we have better service and food quality than others, but overall it’s pretty good! The Chicken Chalupa is a fave. The cravings boxes are great combos and a good deal! The cantina chicken they added to the menu is really good too!

Me and my friend were in the drive through and had made two separate orders, for my order I ordered the wrong thing, so my friend asked to redo the order not even a minute later. The worker passive aggressively said “we already made it but yeah that’s fine just order something else” and neither of us got napkins or sauces we asked for. They didn’t even heat up my tortillas. They didn’t put cheese in either of our burritos. We both also got nacho fries and they barely gave us any fries and filled the nacho cheese cups up not even a quarter of the way. Very rude!

Where to start. Taco Bell has been a family staple for as long as I remember. My grandma would pick me up in the car after preschool to get a taco. I took this memory with me as I grew up and went to college and high school. I was literally living off of quesaritos. As I’ve gotten older, and the quesarito has made a comeback. I’ve rekindled my love for Taco Bell. The staff here is friendly and the restaurant is clean. Might suggest getting app, and checking out to cravings value menu as well. Thank you Taco Bell

This Taco Bell on Center Street in Orem is one of my favorites. The staff is consistently friendly and reliable, and on the very rare occasion something is wrong, they always take responsibility and fix it right away. Service is usually very fast unless there are unexpected staffing challenges, which are uncommon and clearly out of their control. As someone who eats here often, I really appreciate the hard work of the management team and especially the drive-through staff for making every visit such a great experience.

I tried Taco Bell for the first time ever this last Tuesday (Oct 21st) and my experience was amazing! The restaurant was nice and clean, and had a cozy atmosphere. I was able to submit my order on the self serve kiosk things at the front without any problems and without human interaction (which is really nice for anxious folks like myself). My food didn’t take more than 10 minutes of waiting before it was ready, and it was delicious! For the price I paid and for what I got, I was super satisfied. I had a brief interaction with one or two of the employees, and they were very pleasant and polite. Frankly, I should have tried this place sooner, I will definitely be coming back!

Food great. Service not so much. I ordered 4 soft tacos and a cinnamon twist as my post work dinner and they managed to forget the cinnamon twist and the hot sauces that I ordered. I got ripped off. I wish the employees learn take their jobs seriously. Always remember to check the order before giving it to the customer. Is it really that hard to forget a item on a small order. Come on this is ridiculous. Do better next time Taco bell.

I’ve frequented this Taco Bell from time to time as this is the closest to my home and when I’m out and about shopping, looking for an inexpensive meal.

This Taco Bell has a great location there along the busy Center Street, granted it is a bit complicated to get to the actual restaurant, and with chaotic driving from those Utah drivers it can be a pain.
PRICE – 5
Most of the products are relatively cheap, that being said, you get what you pay for. The quality also is reflected in the price.
PRODUCT/SERVICE – 3
Right now I’m going through a phase where me and my wife get the Taco & Burrito Carvings Pack. I typically make my tacos soft shell and the burritos are the Beefy 5 Layer Burritos . Not too bad of a deal 8 products for $10. I definitely can’t get Taco Bell without the Mtn Dew Baja Blast, there’s no better drink to go with the food. The last time I went however, I was unimpressed by my soft shell tacos, the edges were dry and frayed. I didn’t know they allowed such a subpar quality product leave their taco stand.

I know Taco Bell has an app and that they offer delivery during these crazy CoronaVirus times, but nothing really strikes me as amazing when it comes to pointers or perks. They have some awesome electronic kiosks which you can use instead of wasting your time with someone at the register.
