This is hands down the best Taco Bell in Utah. EVERYTHING I get is fresh. Potatoes? Made fresh. Shells? Not stale. Cheese? Hasn’t been sitting out for half the shift. Meat? Juicy and fresh. Drinks? Well carbonated.
The customer service at this location is also top notch.
The only downfall is wait time. But it’s exactly WHY this Taco Bell is incredible! The employees inside genuinely care about making you the customer a warm good meal. I can tell the employees here grew up loving Taco Bell.
I challenge any Taco Bell executive to try this location compared to any other in Utah. It’s exceptionally different.

The team making food seems to lack knowledge, training, and care. I ordered the Veggie Mexican Pizza, but it came with beef, and the Nacho BellGrande was a disappointment. To make matters worse, I didn’t catch the errors until I got home 20 minutes away in Pleasant Grove late evening.
However, I did have a positive experience when I returned the next day to complain. Treygan, the MOD, handled my concerns with great care and professionalism. He offered to remake my order on the spot, and when I requested a refund instead, he efficiently got it approved with his manager. I appreciate his customer service skills, even if the kitchen didn’t quite meet expectations.

We came to this location several times and every time I’ve come they miss something in our order. Last time spending money here. Whoever is making the food needs to get fired or get slapped cus the meat portions they be doing for a $50 dollar order is criminal. This Crunchwrap should be called a lettuce wrap cus that’s all you’re eating. And their street chalupas are six dollars with about 3 pieces of meat on them. And my beefy 5 layer was just full of beans. I don’t recommend coming to this Taco Bell. They don’t care about their job.

The ONLY reason I gave 4 Stars over 1 was only due to the fact that the Beefy 5 Layer Burrito blew my mind at how amazing it was. I was however severely let down by my OG Crunchwrap that appears to be made with hate. It was not even fully wrapped, which I have never seen in my many years of testing this product. We went during peak hours but I would expect to be able to hold my food without it falling apart. Let’s do better next time.

Bought a burrito supreme, which came with NO sour cream at all on it. One taco supreme, which was nothing more than a regular crunchy taco with a very small amount of sour cream added and a large frozen Baja blast. The order came to over $14. The large Baja blast was over $4.50 and was a 20 ounce size. This is literally the worst value of a meal I have purchased anywhere.

If you’re foolish enough to go INSIDE this restaurant, likely filthy lobby, and even if you order at their kiosk no one will know you’re there. They’re insanely obvious to anything inside. It’s all about the drive thru. Clearly the manager works from home in another state. God bless.

This Taco Bell is a joke. I have given their night time ( 8pm and after) multiple chances and they always disappoint. After several attempts thinking maybe it was just by chance their food was bad. It never got better.
I rolled through last night alittle past 930 and ordered 3 of the lux boxes.
None of the boxes had more than a small pumped of nacho cheese ( enough for a chip or two) and missing most lettuce, cheese and meat from each item in all 3 boxes. I understand portions but this screams we didn’t want to get a new bag of lettuce out or get the nacho cheese bag and provide the correct portions.
Who ever the franchise owner is may want to revisits with their team what the gold star is for the Taco Bell brand and help teach the crew what the correct portions should look like going out to the guest.

Slowest tacobell known to man. I waited in the drive through for over 50mins.. almost an hour for food that I ordered online and went to go pick it up.

Taco Bell’s food service and atmosphere is awesome. Very clean building and fantastic staff. 3 starts on food because I’m reviewing the chicken nuggets. They were ok. I would never get them again.
