The amount of times employees here locked eye contact with my fiancé and I while we were trying to ask them a question and not a single one came up to help us is crazy. We both work in food services and know that it isn’t hard to ask if a customer needs something when they’re the only ones in the entire store. The food here never has problems, but we’re sick of having little to no customer service. Taco Bell isn’t a sit down restaurant and I understand we shouldn’t expect perfect employees, but a simple “can I help you with anything?” Would make us keep coming here and not take the extra 10 minute drive to a different location.

Literal trash. Food was inedible and took forever. The chips tasted like chemicals, the tortilla and chalupa were dry. The chalupa crumpled it was so dried out. The only good part was the Baja blast.
Updating to say we tried to pick through it and eat some of the garbage they served. We are both sick today. Never ever ever coming back to this location and I urge everyone to skip it. Genuinely so bad. I’ve never had Taco Bell be so genuinely terrible and I’m still annoyed about it 24 hours later.

The worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. If I could give zero stars I would. The cashier was so worried about upselling on beef then getting the order right. Our order was messed up it was correct on the receipt. The fries taste like they were cooked 6 days ago. The shells on the burritos were literally falling apart. Aaron forgot our drinks and actually said we didn’t have drinks on our order which we did. I had to wave the cashier/ manager down multiple times. No napkins no sauce. This taco bell needs a whole new staff and needs to be looked into.

Writing this review as we currently sit in the drive thru for the second time today because we pulled into the wrong drive through lane. The man told us not to back up (there was no one behind us) and to sit and wait to then go through the whole line and turn around and get into the correct line. We didn’t realize we had pulled into the mobile orders only lane so while we waited we placed a mobile order to try to speed things up. When we finally got to the window (15 minutes later) we told them we had a mobile order. The man told us to turn back around and go back through the drive thru through the mobile orders lane….huh? So since we already paid for food (silly of us) we drove all the way back around and are waiting again. Save yourself your sanity and just avoid this location all together!!!

Tonight wasn’t great- we ordered the party pack with 12 tacos. 6 were folded in thirds, smashed and the cheese was on the outside of the taco. At least 3 were could. They thought they were funny giving us 50 packs of hot sauce. Wish they would have presented and packed our food better

Feels like I’m haggling at a flea market every time I go through your drive thru. No, I don’t want extra meat, sour cream, or spicy for the first, second, or third burrito. When I say I would like several hot sauce packets for my 3 burritos, that means more than 2.

I’ve been to several taco bells in the area but this one continuously manages to get my order either completely wrong or puts in little effort. I’ve ordered the fiesta cheesy potatoes at other taco bells several times, and they always come fresh and the packaging always full. Every time I order them at the Kaysville area, they are underfilled and unfresh. My taco was also half chicken when I ordered full steak.

Just went through the drive thru 30 minutes before closing and was informed while paying that “when people come through the last hour before closing, it really pisses us off.”
I said, “oh, that’s great to know bud, is there a manager I could talk to about it?”
He said, “I actually am one.”
He then proceeded to tell me how he’s gotta be there until 1am tonight and then 2am the next 2 nights and how fun manager shifts are. He talked to us about his problems until he finally gave us our food.
Will 1,000% return, only within the last 15 minutes of closing, just so they can enjoy my support and money.

Normally I like this Taco Bell location however today I pull up in the drive-thru well they have two drive-thru lanes I pull up to the first one cuz it’s never been open before they ask if I have a mobile app order I said I do not The guy tells me I have to drive all the way through the drive-thru and go to the other lane to place my order mind you there is absolutely no one else anywhere to be seen and it is 1:30 p.m. so I ask him I seriously have to drive all the way around to order at the other drive-thru box when it’s just going to be you on the other end of the drive-thru headset he said that is correct So I told him no no it is not and I went to Arby’s next door and spent more money happily

Worker wouldn’t do the build your own luxe cravings box because I didn’t order it online. Had to go all the way through the drive through to then order from my phone, because a worker has no level of customer service. Taco Bell you need to fix your crap.
