Worker gave us the wrong drink order, (gave us slushies instead of sodas) and was rude about it when we asked for our sodas instead. Cheesy Gordita crunch barely had any meat, cheese, and lettuce. This location used to have great employees and the food/quality was good. Not sure what happened over the past year..

Literally the worst food and experience I’ve ever had at Taco Bell. I cane around 10:30 trying to order a bean and cheese burrito ( so simple) and they kept cutting me off and you could tell didn’t listen . My burrito I swear to God was mostly onions. I didn’t taste the beans or cheese like I asked and ya the most thin pathetic burrito and they asked me what sauces just fur them to not put any in my bag i literally had to back up in the drive through again and go back . Anyways im annoyed

We placed a mobile order and gave them 20 minutes to prepair it, and waited out front to give them some extra time just in case (it was a full meal for two.) when we got to the speaker no one said anything (there was one car in the drive already at the window) and after a minute I just said “were here to pick up a mobile order” and he scoffed and said “name??” When we got to the window we were handed two regular mountain dews and when I said “sorry we ordered baja blast” the woman at the window said “bajas out” and handed us the two regular mountain dews, no apology, no asking if we could get something else, and then stared at us, unblinking. After twenty seconds of awkward on and off eye contact, she closed the window and left. When we got our food I was overjoyed to see that they didn’t even fill the fries all the way. From the employees talking about the ant issue during the summer directly in ear shot of customers, to the rude attitude I often visit this store it has everything. I often visit after an 8 hour shift at my customer service job, and if any of us acted this way we would be FIRED.

I love Taco Bell, but this location is the worst! Went in last night and the lobby smelled like cat urine!! Disgusting! The kid working at the window mid day is also the worst. Doesn’t listen, can’t hear you. The whole setup is bad and they just do not care any more!

I ordered almost $27 of food and wasn’t given my receipt and tried to rob me of like $10. I ordered a large strawberry freeze and a medium drink and they didn’t give it to me until I reminded them about it and almost $10 worth together. I don’t have much money so it pissed me off. I also ordered two AVOCADO RANCH tacos and was given everything but the avocado ranch in both tacos. This isn’t the first time the employees there have messed up me and my friends’ orders. I can see why they gave everyone else their receipt but mine. They were being lazy and didn’t want me to see that they were and forgot about things in my order. I don’t want to come in anymore. This is my first review on anything. I don’t leave reviews especially bad ones but this experience plus my last bad experiences too were the last straw. And the absolute disrespect towards customers is absolutely insane. As someone who works in customer service, I would never treat a customer like this

This is my local one and they have never messed up an order ever, pretty sure they power down the employees to charge once a week or so often because they are never closed. The food is irrationally good and makes me question my belief in god, I’ve heard rumors that they perform a monthly gathering of the bell ritual and they do a sacrifice. They signed a deal with Satan or some entity at this taco bell and they have summoned the hivemimd, when that big day that the big taco god comes down to ring the taco bell for the second time; this taco bell location will be okay and ready. I hope this taco bell stays prosperous and continues to bless the sacred land of centerville and the people with taco bell. I can hear the sacred taco bells ringing. Everytime I operate my spaceship through the drive through the lizard people workers are incredibly kind, respectful, and proactive asking if I want any salsa. Together we are the taco bell.

Night shift is horrible… the first time I asked for a burrito with no beans, I got a bean burrito. 2nd time I went asked for my taco in the combo to be a soft shell and said it twice! Got a hard shell but checked my order before I left and they corrected it only to find out my whole order was refrigerated meat! It wasn’t even hot! Daytime is great but night shift needs to be shut down!

My experience tonight was very disappointing. I went later than usual around 11 pm. The service was very unprofessional, the worker was acting disrespectful and acted like he did not want us there. Although that interaction wasn’t great, the food was even worse. We got the correct food, but everything we got was made very poorly and sloppy which made it not appetizing to eat as the food was also not fresh at all. At least we got our baja blast

Just had the weirdest experience. We were leaving lagoon and needed dinner. My kids suggested Taco Bell which is usually a favorite. I GPSed the nearest Taco Bell on the way home and found this one. I wish I read these reviews first. Went through the drive through. I ordered 2 tacos, no lettuce, beefy 5 layer burrito, 2 bean and cheese burritos and a luxe box that had a 5 layer burrito, a crunchy taco and cinnamon twists. This is a picture of my daughter’s tacos. She doesn’t like lettuce. There was barely a sprinkling of meat and it doesn’t even extend the full length of the taco. I wouldn’t complain but I got a regular taco and it had a normal amount of meat and cheese with lettuce. Clearly this isn’t how they do their normal tacos and both of her tacos looked like this. My taco was great…unfortunately it was the only thing that was great. My Beefy 5 layer burrito and my other daughter’s 5 layer burrito tasted like it had only 1 layer…beans. Like literally no beef, no cheese, no other ingredients. If they were in there it was just a small amount and couldn’t be tasted over the amount of beans. Neither of us ended up finishing our burritos. Then my other daughter had the 2 bean and cheese burritos. They must have put all the beans in our burritos because hers was mostly red sauce. She took a bite and a pile of red sauce poured out. As someone else mentioned about the cinnamon twists…tasted like old oil and not much sugar and cinnamon on it.
This location is clearly struggling with how to prepare the food. It is not consistent…nor good. I feel like I wasted $20 since every single one of our food items was near inedible. Since it isn’t local to me I can’t even go in to complain. But I can guarantee you I won’t be stopping here again on the way home from lagoon ever again.

I stopped by your on the evening of October 22nd at approximately 7:53 PM and placed an order through the drive-thru. I would like to share some feedback regarding my experience.
The employee assisting with the drive-thru order was polite and appeared to be doing her best despite challenging conditions. However, upon reaching the payment window, I noticed a sweet older lady who seemed quite distressed. When she opened the window, extremely loud heavy metal music featuring disturbing lyrics “Devil 666” was playing inside the restaurant. The volume was so high it was difficult for her to hear incoming orders, and it created a very uncomfortable and unprofessional atmosphere for both customers and staff.
Considering this location is situated right next to the freeway, there is already substantial background noise. Adding excessively loud music on top of that made the environment chaotic and unpleasant. From what I observed, a male employee in the kitchen area, wearing his hat backward, appeared to be responsible for the music. According to the receipt, the cashier listed was “Austin M.”
While I respect everyone’s personal music preferences, the volume and choice of music in a workplace serving the public were completely inappropriate. I hope this matter can be addressed to ensure a more professional and comfortable experience for both employees and customers in the future.
