Typical late night mistake, I never eat fast food but when I do it’s usually a couple crispy tacos from Taco Bell. It always sounds like a good idea but later I end up paying for it. Tasted fresh though. Just never agrees with my stomach!

Miguel is the main reason i frequent this place. He is the kindest, most attentive, caring, amazing employee at any fast food restaurant i have frequented in a very long time. His customer service skills go above and beyond the regular requirements and always makes me feel like I have his 100% attention. Never forgets my name, or my regular order. He should be praised in whatever way possible for his dedication and consistent devotion to his job. He deserves merits and recognition!!! Only issues I have are the long wait time, way less product for the price (vs. the past) the stores a bit messy, BUT alot of that is due to how busy they are. Overall a high functioning team. And again, Miguel is like a glowing light amongst the chaos of the lunch rush. Kuddos to Miguel!!!!!

To Miguel, at the Sandpoint Taco Bell location: you were such a kind, SO generous and giving human to us and my friend FIVE MINUTES from closing. Me and my 8 friends were so starved and hungry and I dont think I’ve ever had a better customer service experience in my life he welcomed us in and treated us so warmly and kindly. Please give this man a raise he is actually innately such a great human and his moral compass and responsibility for a complete stranger was so inspiring and kind. Thank you Miguel you’ve genuinely inspired me to be a kinder person to strangers and remind me how impactful a first interaction can be.

Terrible service, at least from the night crew. I did an online order, at least that came in a timely manner. But, they didn’t give us our drinks or any napkins. We had to remind the guy to get our drinks. Do they just not want to give people drinks? Anyways, I went inside to collect the food, they offer me a large bag for all the boxes (the only actual service I got), and the guy is carelessly moving the box around sideways. All the other employees were distracted, giggling and acting like they are mentally immature, and in general acting unprofessional. Anyways, I leave with my food.
Then, when I get to my car, I take a sip of the drink, and I found out they gave me the wrong drink; I asked for a Zero Sugar soda, and they gave the the full sugar (high-fructose corn syrup) one, I could tell because it tasted like that ‘too sweet’ flavor characteristic of corn syrup. I had to go in, pour out the drinks, and use the fountain machine to get the drinks I wanted. The Zero Sugar soda was recognizable by that nasty non-nutritive sweetener aftertaste.
I get back to my car and open my food, and lo and behold, the tacos were broken. Not a great thing when eating a taco in a car, it makes a mess everywhere. Not to mention that they are supposed to be professionals, and they are supposed to meet a certain standard, but they failed to meet that standard, when they crushed those poor taco shells.
Overall, it felt like the circus inside. I was struggling to contain my laughter at how amusingly incompetent everyone there was.

The service was a bit slow in the drive-through and store. I recommend that you expect 20 to 25 minutes during busy times to get your order. The inside has been remodeled and looks good. They now have kiosks where you can place your order. I am glad they have the box deals back since it is a very inexpensive way to eat. They are also open at 7 am. for breakfast.

This location has never asked me to “pull around” like many others in the area. They have always been fast friendly and considerate to my menu changes, best fast food in Sandpoint all around, but their customer service is top notch! If you are looking for a quick bite from morning until night this is hands down the place. I’ve tried other locations but the service here “even though it’s fast food” makes me feel welcomed and appreciated in my menu decisions and modifications! Hands down. Quickly making the meal for my picky family!!!! No one was disappointed and I hope the staff on 10/9/25 around 10pm in particular get a kudos no mess ups and my kids are satisfied! (They are very VERY picky ). Again thank you for never asking my to pull around and the quick service I know your job isn’t easy!!!!!

Very disappointed! We ordered a $9 box thinking we would get a lot of food and a $5 box. To only find out the $9 box with “cheesy dipping burritos” arent burritos at all…. they are tacos!
I’m very disappointed and I’m not sure if this was a mistake on the behalf of this tacobell or if it is false advertising on tacobell cooperation behalf but it was extremely upsetting to see something say burritos and not be a burrito..
