We walked into Taco Bell. There was a few people standing around waiting for their food. They left Shortly after we got there.

A new employee took our order. Think it must’ve been his first day because he really did not know what he was doing… But that’s OK.

We ordered our food.

There was five or six employees in the back

He waited for food And we waited and we waited and we waited

It should’ve took about two or three minutes took MOORE like about or 15 minutes

The food tasted OK

But the restaurant itself was filthy

We had to look at six different tables before we found one that was halfway clean.

There was food and garbage around the other tables.

Another couple came in and ordered their food

Eventually, our food did finally get done

We ate our food

The other couple was still waiting for their food

So please keep in mind that there was only us and one other couple in the lobby

The people in the kitchen were standing around talking

I asked the cashier to get his manager

Pretty soon this scrawny kid that look to be about 22 came out

And I asked him why has nobody cleaned out here

He told me that they were severely understaffed and really busy

The parking lot was practically empty

We did not see cars in the drive-through

They had time to just stand around and talk

But they were really “busy” , they were too busy talking, perhaps… Too busy to take 60 seconds and sweep the floor and wipe off tables.

I don’t think we will be going back there anytime soon.

Its Taco Bell, what do you expect? Oh thats right, decent food, low price, fast service. Waited a half an hour for food??? Order wasn’t even right and lobby was poorly maintained. We will not be coming back as they are apparently too busy (4 cars in line) to get orders correct and quickly.

When I unwrapped my cheesy gordita crunch I noticed a foul smell. It wasn’t overpowering but still. Kinda nasty. I did eat it. I had one of their luxe boxes as well. As soon as I started to unwrap the burrito that smell was overpowering and I almosy threw up. Never coming back

It’s amazing to me how many times I have been in this store and I seem to stand there at the counter and get ignored while all the employees continue to stare at me. It’s almost like they only care about the people in the drive-through because they wait until their drive-through is completely empty to even acknowledge that I was in the restaurant take your service somewhere else cause clearly this Taco Bell has no idea what they’re doing when it comes to customer service. Their manager should be retraining, the employees and customer service for sure

Consistently bad experience at this location for probably going on 4-5 years now. Under portioned menu items vs other locations, forgotten items in drive through, poorly made food that is sloppily thrown together. I realize it’s fast food but it’s a noticeably bad experience here. We actively avoid this location and will drive an extra 5 minutes to go to the Appleway TB.

This Taco Bell location was a normal visit who was great and fresh. The reason why I made a review was from what I saw. A lady’s order was incorrect and CJ handled the situation very politely and professionally. I haven’t seen service like that in a long time . There to find out he was a general manager which makes a lot of sense on how he got there. CJ, keep up the great work. Glad to see customer service is still out there!

I was told that the fryer was down and the chalupa needed to be substituted for a taco or burrito, I said that was fine and asked for a burrito. I also ask for midnight MD and was told they were out. I was also charged extra for a chip subtition and got the wrong meat inthe chalupa! Got my food and there was a chalupa but the shell was colder than the lettuce and tomatoes! Highly disappointed and won’t be going back to that store

An angel sent from above was working tonight when my order had an issue and I had to go back in and get it fixed and she gave me Double the food, I was having a absolute terrible day and she made it so much better. You guys absolutely rock!!

I order the same exact thing every time I eat here. Today my Crunchwrap looked like they threw it at a wall and wrapped it up. Everything was falling out. I’ve noticed if I add even one extra item to my typical box meal I get it’s always messed up. Still edible. But I have no idea how an extra item continually flabbergasts that crew and they mess up my food. Literally every time. I can’t even go in and ask for a redo because I’ve seen people in the back get visibly angry at me for saying I’d like my food remade: if you did it right the first time instead of just flying through orders as fast as you can I wouldn’t have to ask for a remake.
