I couldn’t believe how messy this place was. The tables were messy, the floors and the bathrooms even worse. I love Taco Bell and my family and myself eat from there often. We ordered a pretty big meal but when they get the order it’s pretty plain to see soft tacos compares to hard shell tacos.

When I pay over $3 for chips and cheese and it’s like 5 chips and less than half cheese sauce. Our Doritos locos tacos were stale and soggy. My burrito had crusty beans. They had no soft taco shells and the lady tried upselling us to a $12 burrito. The people they hire here don’t know how to do their jobs correctly.

I don’t think I’ll be going to this TB ever again. Not sure if it’s a management issue or across all TBs, but below is a photo of the quesadilla I received. Unfortunately I didn’t take a picture of the new “quesarito” but wow is that thing disappointing compared to what they used to be.

I understand it’s lunchtime. I understand businesses need more employees. They’re catering to drive thru and mobile pickup only. Placed an order in the dining room 30 minutes ago and still no food. This is why I don’t eat out anymore.

Lady name Myara or Maya. Not tryn to mis up her name. But her and her employees do something to my food that’s makes very sick or groggy. There attitude is very low. I’m talkn to them respectfully and she snatched the food oit of my hand. I wanted to ask her who wad the employee who made my food but there was a attitude so I let it go. And here I am typing letting you knownow. I will be pressing chargers. On Myra I’m gonna have videos of how the food makes me feel.

2. Shouldn’t make me bones hurts
3. It shouldn’t feel as if I’m on meth
4. It shouldn’t feel like I’m having hit flashes
5. They shouldn’t be letting people come on on the side door that are in employed there.
6.it shouldn’t make tired groggy or my eyes burning as if I don’t sleep.
7. There a manager that should be fired for what they do to my food.
I will be making video from here on how they treat me n what the food does to me.
There’s no medical issues that have.
Like today I gave the food back because the way they treated me. I suggest u get a new manager

The staff was very unprofessional- made a guy wait 15 minutes to order before coming and telling him to use the self order himself. He had to pay in cash so then he waited another 5 minutes by the register before someone came to help him. I was with a client for lunch and all you could hear in the store were the employees chatting loudly in the back. The lobby wasn’t very clean and honestly not impressed with this location, recommend going somewhere else for the best dining experience

Literally walk in with my kids, Methany comes to the front and says “how can I help you” but then is like uhhhh we dont take orders anymore you have to use kiosk. Super rude dont recommend this location… 0 star really and nothing anywhere says order at kiosk only….

We waited for 15 minutes for our food. When there was nobody in the restaurant. When we got our nachos they were all small tiny chips with a teaspoon of toppings. So we went to the counter to ask for a return. I explained how I didn’t want to be an inconvenience but these aren’t at all good quality. He then argued with me about how he knows how they are supposed to look and that I’m wrong. I work in customer service and you never tell the customer they’re wrong. He then proceeded to not give a full refund. He was very rude. I loooove Taco Bell but I’m very dissatisfied with the food and customer service at this store.

I ordered through the online app to pick up at the drive thru because I have a broken knee. After a 20 minute wait in my car I was told to go into the lobby to pick it up. Collin, the manager, told me I had to go through the lobby even though I specified in the app I would pick up at drive tru. I injured my broken knee going into the lobby. When I finally got my order it was incomplete and had no eating utensil, mild hot sauce, napkin and no receipt. Collin had the gall to tell me I was being rude when I asked why. His response was unciviled. I recommend staying away from this Taco Bell.

I don’t like to leave reviews but I was very disappointed with my food. I went through the drive thru and was met by kind workers. However when I got my order the crunch wrap was soggy and falling apart, and my kiddos drinks were half full. I expect my food to be what is advertised, mabe not that glamorous but at least fresh and properly made.
