Super sad, this is my go-to taco bell in the Boise area and we left tonight with food that literally tasted like it was packed with mold. When we went back to tell them they rushed us through the drive through and hardly gave us time at the speaker to ask for a refund instead of replacing the food. Nothing else was wrong in our order and in the end we got a refund but it was upsetting being so nice to them and feeling like everyone there was mad at us for not wanting to take a replacement of what I ordered instead of getting a refund.

I’ve been using this location for a long time, never any problems. I did an order from in the app for pickup. When I got there they had work being done in the drive through area..not a problem went inside and they asked if I had picked the right location. Showed them my order from the app and a text of money being taken out of my account for it. A manager came over and had the employee put the order together. 20 minutes later I got my order and stepped outside. The fries were ice cold. I went right back in and said hey these are ice cold. So they made new fries and took about 10 minutes to get them. The lady walked up and said I’m sorry I knew they were old and crusty here’s some fresh ones. Hopefully this issue is fixed as being in the restaurant industry my whole life and an active lead manager at a restaurant myself this was quite possibly the worst experience I’ve had at this location

I’ve noticed this place really really struggling both breakfast and lunch shifts on several occasions, which is what prompted me to do this. It’s very poor Management and that is abundantly apparent. Everyone working there Interacts/look really unhappy and misguided! A manager absolutely needs to lead by example and should be back there hustling moving his legs and arms to help his crew and that is just not the case here. I believe this is one of the big reasons why this location struggles so much with their pick up orders and to get orders out in a timely manner in general. Unfortunately, if you are looking for a quick meal at a fast food restaurant, this is not your place. I’m hoping the right people see this…

Very good service for most of the day.
After 17:00 (5:00 pm) though it gets extremely busy as it’s the only 24 hour location in Boise so sometimes they have to limit their service to drive-thru and delivery pick up services so the line is VERY long if you don’t order ahead.

Okay so I mainly DoorDash from here. I get a cantina chicken bowl every time. I add a bunch of add ons and pay extra for it but once in a blue moon they actually add on the things i pay for. I’m allergic to dairy so i have to remove half the stuff. So i normally substitute with the add ons. I will give them credit for how fast they normally are, i typically receive my order in under 20 minutes. Sometimes they also fill my bowl half way, and never with my add ons. And also I feel the the quality of the food has gone way down hill.

i placed an order for 2 tacos and 2 burritos. it’s been 28 minutes so far, more than half a dozen staff, and it’s 2am on a wednesday morning. lobby is empty, 2 cars in the drive through. i’ll let the people reading this decide whether they want to come here.

Terrible service. Staff standing around doing nothing when they’re stacked 15 deep on orders. App said my food was ready still waiting inside for 20 minutes and no food or acknowledgement from staff.

Old story but me and 3 friends went here to get some quick food before going home to unpack our camping stuff from the weekend just to spend **1 hour and 30 minutes** waiting for food (watching several families leave and the doordasher line build up) after ordering inside
. The drive through WAS getting cleared through this ENTIRE time it was NOt the same car up front for more than like 8 minutes. After the 30 minute mark we honestly just wanted to see how long they would make us wait. After all that my friends got their order and mine apparently either got deleted from the system or given to someone in the drive through and I had to go up and confront them to make my shit. So moral of the story go through the drive through if you stop here LMAO but my story is I’m not going here again that blowed and the food was still mid.

This Taco Bell had 5 people in the kitchen and still I had to wait 45 min for just two tacos.
The whole lobby was unhappy for the super slow service and there was only like 6 people in there.
Also the workers closed the lobby at lunch and told everyone to go to the drive through, no taco sauce packets, no soda lids worst restaurant i have gotten food in a while…………….

Poor management and poor quality food. Half the time you don’t get the extras you pay for or if you add extra stuff they’ll remove some of the stuff that normally comes on it. Also never order a delivery order through their app or DoorDash. Your order will just sit there as they refuse to do it. I once ordered and it took two hours for them to begin making it. I contacted corporate about it. They also can’t figure out how to fold a burrito or not smash a taco. The prices have also gone through the roof.
