They need to fix their drains! The rain today was so bad that their parking lot had about 6 inches of rain on it. The drain might have been clogged but still. Their crunch rap supreme is amazing 10/10 I would recommend this. It did take a bit to get our food but they gave us extra churro fry thingies because it took so long.

There’s always service issues at this location. I use the mobile app and order ahead cause my son is allergic to cheese so I tend to customize everything. The app is easier. Anyway. Last time I went through the drive thru and the person at the window didn’t speak to me and kept trying to give me someone else’s door dash order. 3 times. She cut me off mid sentence and walked away no response everytime I tried to explain who I was and which order I was needing. Still no speaking. 4th time it was the right order.
This morning I did a mobile order for inside pickup and they put it by the drive thru and taped it all up like a door dash. The restuarant was not busy no customers in store and no one in the drive thru. I waited at the counter to check in for 4 minutes. 3 different people looked at me and walked away including the manager and the drive thru worker who were just chit chatting about the schedule. Finally I said excuse me twice and then hello. The girl working the drive thru said someone will be with you in a moment and continued to just stand there. After another minute she came over, I smiled and said hi and she sighed rolled her eyes said “what” when I told her I was picking up a in restuarant mobile order she went over and looked at the order by the drive thru. She took her time ripping the bag intentionally and taping up drinks as if it was door dash. She placed them on the counter without looking or speaking. The service at this place is awful.
There was another customer came in after me had also done an in restuarant mobile order. He waited 16 minutes because his food was also placed at the drive thru. He went up to counter and waited 3 minutes to be acknowledged. Someone came to take an order from the person who came after him and was very rude to him as if he was interrupting even though he had been there being ignored. She was nice to customer after him who was placing an order the traditional way and made him wait until she finished with her. Really need to work on how mobile orders are handled.

This is the only taco bell I’ll go to in nampa. They always have my order correct and get they get through the rushes super quick. Food is usually good. Rarely get any old stuff.

Giving them a 1 star is giving them more than they give you for the money you spend. Definitely NOT WORTH THE MONEY that they charge. The service is definitely better than the food they serve. I ordered LOADED beef nachos and I got some chips with meat sauce and a few little pieces of meat, a tablespoon of cheese, a little bit of sour cream and guacamole and that’s it – TACO TIME ALL DAY LONG!!

I take out all the time now. People definitely do.not seem to like working there. It is a 50 50 chance wether you are going to get a cook having a good day and your food is good are a bad day and you burrito are taco has mostly lettuce and cheese

Have had a pretty decent experience with this Taco Bell. The only thing I wish they would do is greet me at the window when I pull up. I’ll be sitting there all awkward and waiting for several minutes at a time with no acknowledgment. That is until the food is ready and I feel rushed to drive off once my order is handed to me. Most times I ask for more sauce and feel like I’m bothering them asking for something. I know they are multi-tasking and I try not to be a bother. So anyway, thats just my take. (:

Missing 4 items out of our meal and from the looks of these reviews, its a common issues. Ordered a cantina taco box and they didnt put in the chips. Also ordered 3 cinnamon twists that never made it into the bag.
