I visited Taco Bell 016796: I thought i had enough to cover my meal this morning; The tremendously awesome drive-thru order taker paid it forward for me, overwhelmingly, shockingly surprised me as i thought i was prepared to pay for my food & i came up too short by $6.50! Then he told me that my amount was refunded, stated: “It’s all good”! I humbly wished EVERYBODY in Idaho was that Generous as old-school traits! I’d give the Taco Bell drive-thru order taker MORE than 5 star’s for sharing, spreading kindness!!

Ordered via kiosk. Took over 30 mins to get our food. Had to ask for the cups 3 times 2 things made wrong one pictured… This was a bit ridiculous they weren’t busy when we got here. Got busy shortly after but that’s no excuse for literal plastic in our food

This location is always amazing. Great service great food. I’ve never had a bad experience here. Tonight I was helped by Aiden. He elevated our experience and assisted us with making multiple orders. He ensured that we had all our sauces and drinks were made and handed before we left. Restaurant was clean and well kept. 10/10 would recommend.

This location is the closest to wear I live, and it is by far the worst place I’ve gone to. I have given it multiple chances, tried to understand, but I’m frankly over it. Every single time we go there, it takes so insanely long for our food to be ready. And when it does come out? It looks and tastes like it was ready and sitting out for 20 minutes before we got it. Twice now our DoorDash order had to be canceled because of the horrendous service of this place. Just tonight, our order was expected to take an hour to arrive. TWO HOURS after the order went in we got the notification that the order was canceled. I don’t know what they’re doing here but you all need to get it together. I am so insanely over this, hire more people because clearly you don’t care enough about your customers to do that. I’m not even caring for compensation or a free meal. I just want it known that your service is horrible and you need to fix it. Seriously.

Ordered food last night at this location and I was very surprised how good the food was. I never had a good experience at this location or any taco bell in the treasure valley. Its a hit or miss but last night it was very good. Perfect portioning, hot, fresh, nicely wrapped food. Thank you guys

I am very curious if this is the new standard for Taco Bell or if it was a one off due to the employee. I’ve been getting the spicy potato soft taco for years and this is the worst portioning I have ever seen. It’s smaller than a Taquito when you roll it up. This is sad.

This location on main in Meridian, Idaho, is truly employs a phenomenal group amazing people. The managers and team are doing such a tremendous job. I often order food from here and they’re always very pleasant when I come through the drive-through or enter the restaurant. When I have had an issue with my app on my phone, they are so accommodating. And sometimes I deliver orders for customers and they’ve always gone above and beyond Offering me a free beverage while I wait. So, if you want to have a good fast food experience, this is a place to go. Thank you!!!!

Frustrated with our experience tonight. Took 40 minutes to get our order, half of it was wrong, and part of it tasted like the oil was old and the chicken in the burrito was fried to a yucky crisp. Very busy when we went and we try to give people grace, but very disappointed. Customer service was non-existent and then rude while trying to get food and get drinks that were ordered.
