This was the dirtiest taco bell I’ve been to.. The womans restroom was gross. Feces in the toilet and the walls were dirty. They have a sign that says they check the restroom every 30 minutes. The lobby was dirty too. Theres a tray on the floor. Tables werent wiped down, window haven’t been cleaned.

Called in to ask a question about substitutes on there 5 dollar taco box immediately when my daughter called the store the manager jennifer abruptly harassed and threatened my daughter if this was a prank call, she would contact the police department as she has our phone number now as we were just asking a simple question rude manager and bulling over the phone I called jenifer and discussed our treatment by her. She admitted how she treated my daughter. Had to post this review for others to be aware of the management there are many other restaurants to go with your family highly recommend NOT GOING THERE her behavior scared my daughter unexpectable

Last 4 times orders are often wrong with missing items or someone else’s order. Once I received a completely wrong order and was told to wait in line again as the inside was closed. Line waits can be roughly 25 minutes or higher. Orders have NEVER been 100% accurate. Inflated prices do not meet service and quality.

I understand they have to make extra chalupa shells for when they get busy but when they let them sit under the warmer for longer then 5-10min the edges get to be like chewing on a herd leather so when I go there I usually ask for a fresh one and they get attitude about it almost every time but this particular time the guy told me he wouldnt cause “they were fresh” ok if you say there fresh and they are cool but when they say its fresh and you go to take a bite and you csnt chew it im gonna be bringing it back especially for the prices now days anyway. I love the chalupas when there not as though as leather and unless I ask for fresh shell they are to hard for me to chew and the service really sucks there if the customer asks for fresh and they dont mind waiting then make it fresh and save the extras for the person that doesnt care how long they’re sitting under the warmer dont argue with the customer cause your gonna have to end up doing it anyways when I bring it back.

First, the girl at the drive thru thouught I ordered six quesadillas and tried to charge me $65. I asked her to repeat the order at the speaker, and thank God I did. When I pulled up she was totally rude. The food was equally bad. I usually love Taco Bell and am not too picky. But they forgot some of our food and the rest was tasteless and gross.
My dog literally did not even eat this. I called and spoke to the manager but she really didn’t care and told me there was nothing she could do. She would not refund my fourty bucks.

The Baja Blast tastes like dirty dish water and has for months. I know your workers drink that stuff. Can no one recognize that they need to clean the machines? There is nothing worse than driving 20 minutes and PAY for food to get home and have people literally spit out their soda.

Sunday December I’ve been waiting here for over an hour now. 5 employees not working, 3 just sitting at a table gossiping about nothing.. 2 females walking around getting sodas and checking their phones.. one dude keeps walking around the seating area doing absolutely nothing.. this has been for over am hour now I’ve been waiting for my food that still hasn’t been made.. it’s incredibly ridiculous, you can’t make this up.. where do you find these ppl to.work here.. now there’s 4 ppl sitting at a table just gossiping and not working.. it’s now 830pm amd guess what still nothing.. there’s 10 ppl in the lobby waiting for orders amd waiting to order!!!.. come on man get these ppl who make taco bell look bad outta here and hire good hard working ethic ppl.. this is ridiculous.

Wait times are incredibly long. 30 minutes minimum. Watching them stack uo orders for deliveies that havnt arrived for 15 minutes also adds a little salt on the wound
