I ordered a single burrito. I was one of 3 customer in the store when I got there. It took me 45 minutes to get my order. The kitchen was a mess and I saw food dropped and picked up multiple times. By the time that I got my order, there was a line of 7 people who wanted to cancel their order because they had to wait 20 minutes or more but could not get anyone at the front register to refund the order. We were told that it was because the manager was focusing on the drive though. Only 2 orders made it to the front of house while I was there. I counted over 50 that went to the drive through. There needs to be a training overhaul at this location. When I did get my burrito, it was half the size that it normaly is, and in correctly wrapped which caused everything to slide out the bottom of the burrito when I picked it up. I like taco bell, but this was the worst experience that I have ever had over my hundreds of visits to taco bell locations around the USA. Avoid this location if you can.

Don’t get me wrong, I normally love my cheap tacos and battery acid, but this location in particular is pretty awful. It was move in day, so I understand it is busy, but waiting an hour for food is kinda ridiculous. If it was just this one occasion, I would be so upset, but this isn’t the first time I’ve had to wait an hour for my food at this location, and the other times weren’t even busy days. I had gotten the supreme lux box. My beefy 5 layer feels like it didn’t have any beef and just refried beans, my chicken chalupa had beef in it instead of chicken for no reason, and the baha blast tasted like carbonated water. Though it thankfully didn’t happen this time, I’ve had times where my taco is all lettuce and nothing else. When I ended up going to the bathroom while I waited, it looked scary. There was stuff/liquid all over the floor, the TP was everywhere, and the toilet seat looked like a mess. Long story short, I wouldn’t recommend this location, but if you must, go through the drive through since they only seem to do those orders while the people in the lobby have to wait.

When I go to taco bell I’m not expecting a lot. Late night munchies, quick lunch, I’m bored? Imma get some Taco Bell.
Actual complaints
There’s no meat in anything you get. If you get “extra” meat, I swear they’ll give you less (I’ll attach the picture). Anything that should be hard or crispy is stale or soggy; Doritos locos tacos, cinnamon twists, chips, crunch wrap? Nasty. Cheese is never melted, everything is always COLD.
The service stinks. They’re scared to make eye contact and if you need anything it’ll probably take 5 minutes of you standing at the counter for them to talk to you.
Anything and everything is out of place and they got the whole menu on the damn floor.

If I could give negative stars, I would. The team working at 8:40pm on October 3 is absolutely awful and does not belong in a public service position. Even after going all the way back after getting home, they messed up the order again even worse. There was a single shred of chicken on our gordita crunch. Quit your job if you hate it enough to put it on paying customers.

Please please please retrain your employees or something because why can’t I get a simple cheese quesadilla without some part of it being messed up EVERY. TIME. ITS CHEESE AND A TORILLA. And it’s not even an exaggeration either, I have to make sure they made it right before I leave every single time. You will not find a bigger cheapskate then the manager here. They would sooner paint cardboard to look like chicken to save a quick buck then they would just actually care about their food or customers.

This location has really gone down hill. We went there for a cheap bite to eat and when we got our orders there was nothing but meat in them. Nothing but meat and cheese. Don’t know if they were out of the other ingredients. They never told us they were out but no lettuce or tomatos on anything we ordered. The past several times my order had been wrong and that happens but this time made my night sad. This Taco Bell needs to work on their stuff or just shut down. Also the lady spilled my drink on my car and didn’t even say anything just kept handing me food. Also my wife’s Crunchwrap was pure sour cream.

So I went to the drive through approximately 930. This morning they did not get my order. Correct? Partially responsible, because I didn’t verify everything on the menu screen. One. Item is left out of a order. A burrito from a combo number 10 so I paid full price for a drink and a soft taco. When I turned around to go back to get it, fixed tried to charge me full price for the burrito. When I refused to do that, but would pay the difference, I then sat there and waited for over a 1 hour. Nothing happening. I asked for my receipt to be returned. It was never returned, and the manager wasn’t even wearing a name tag. You guys have fallen pretty far. How are you guys gonna compensate me for the hour? I lost between waiting for food. I need They were gone and sitting on your customer service line for forty five minutes.I’ll consider it an hour.I charge sixty five dollars an hour to work on cars.That’s fair. They need to quit worrying so much about the drive through and remember, they have customers in the lobby that wait a half hour standing there.While five cars did serve at the drive through, I don’t get this definitely will not come back as my time is a bit more valuable

Every item in my order that had to be prepared was wrong. I ordered no onions and it had them, i asked for it to be re-made and the beans had zero taste or texture and it was folded horribly so it fell apart. I ordered pintos and cheese and they said they had no pinto beans but could substitute refried (what?) And they weren’t even half full, i brought this to their attention and when “fixed” they no longer had sauce on them (which i paid extra for) I even double checked it wasn’t just covered. I also ordered a nacho with extra cheese and it was practically naked and definitely didn’t have extra anything which I again had paid extra for. I attempted to contact them and it conveniently was having problems.

The server sucks employees have an attitude. Problem Sitting in the drive through waiting to place my order. And they get on there multiple times I told them i’m waiting to decide what I want, then they refuse to serve me. I will never order from taco bell again. I want Taco Time instead. Better food, better customer service. A lot better of a professional business. The manager in that place needs to be removed. If there was an option for a negative response, I would give them a negative 10 they don’t get a star, marking?That place ain’t worth it.
