i came on monday 12/29 and the workers who helped me were genuinely so kind. i dont know any of their names, but it was two girls and a guy. the guy had a cool jason tattoo, one of the girls had a nose piercing and big gauges, and the other was wearing grey jeans i believe. i was being super difficult and picky, but they helped me so much even though it took multiple times to get my order right because of how picky i am, and the final product was really good and not half assed which i really appreciate. they were all so friendly even tho i totally would’ve understood if they were super grumpy. pleaseeeee give these guys some sort of bonus or like praise or some shit bc they were genuinely so awesome.

Ordered two spicy beefy potato loaded burritos two nacho fries and two refreshers. At 10:20 on February 21, 2026 The fries were not filled. Our drinks were absolutely terrible and tasted like chemicals and My burritos had like three potatoes each i’m absolutely upset about this. This is disgusting. Ask for a moment was asked three times if I was ready to order within expand of a minute. didn’t know I was supposed to go to the second window and got glared at when I didn’t know and then rudely spoken to go to the second window

Waited 10 minutes after my food was set on the will call shelf to get the food handed to us. Got home and this is what you get. Multiple tacos with nothing but sauce and cheese. Wasted $30

I first stepped into the bathroom to take my toddler to the potty. The toilet seat had been peed on and the bathroom looked filthy despite the restaurant opening a few months ago.
I then ordered and remarks how expensive everything is. $6 for a single chalupa? $3 for a basic taco or nacho?
Then we got the food and everything has shrunk. The only thing that looks normal sized is the drinks.
I’d rather go to a sit down restaurant at these prices, I’d at least get more food.
Spent $52 for 2 kids and 2 adults.

Absolutely not impressed! My boyfriend ordered the extras on a couple of our items and we didn’t get them. We were also missing an item and when I went in to get it, the assistant manager (I think her name was Becky) was super sweet about it but the kid making the food gave me a nasty look twice and had a nasty attitude when he gave it to me. I just wanted what I paid for without making me feel bad.

I hadn’t come here in a long time because my coffee would always be half full and one time I even said hey can you fill my cup all the way and the lady said that’s all the full it comes. Anyways I just didn’t come back for a year and today I thought hey I will give them a try today. Why ask if I want a hot or cold coffee if you are just going to give me super cold coffee anyways. Came in a hot cup just cold. It’s fine I can warm it up just seems like nobody at this location cares.

Once again this locaction is super stingy with their sauce. As in they don’t give you any at all the majority of the time even if you make absolutely sure to order them. They’ve also gotten Several orders wrong just in the last month or two(we love taco bell). Ive also found them to be pretty unhelpful/accommodating whether I am coming as a customer or delivery driver, they tend to ignore you, give very curt, short responses and often seemed to be irritated with any questions you have and once walked in to hear them gossiping in a pretty unfriendly manner about delivery drivers after spending a significant amount of time trying to get their attention and to figure out which door was unlocked for deliveries(the main one was locked and the workers said absolutely nothing about it, didn’t even know that side door existed but certainly could have saved a lot of time had they given that detail the first time or said anything about where the door was the second time or acknowledged the person making eye contact and waving or stopped gossiping to respond to the person at their kitchen door when they knew a new driver was trying to find their way in to pick up.) I usually try to give the benefit of the doubt restaurants get busy and hectic maybe they’re under staffed and there are a few workers that have been friendly and more helpful but these order issues have happened so many times before it’s obviously not just a simple mistake and they have no reason to look down their noses at anyone or to be so dismissive of their customers OR drivers, so I think they and the managers there deserve the bad review at this point.

Sloppy service, food done incorrectly and the food is cold. They rush and do things so quickly but never do them right. Check orders and the size before taking your food home because your will be going home with missing items and ingredients missing on your food orders.
Ordered ahead and went right when ordered, my food was cold, missing food items and crunch wrap supreme looked like a flat quesadilla one side nothing at all. Just rushing them orders and they weren’t even busy on a Wednesday night too.

We rarely go out for fast food, but we were in a pinch. We’ve hit Taco Bell about three times this year, this location. Every single time, let me repeat, every single time they get the order wrong. Tonight was no different. We didn’t even check before we left the window. We just assumed they would mess it up. We get home, two things missing, and two things are not what we ordered. Typical fast food, but this location has been absolutely 100% wrong on their drive-through orders the last three times. Stay away.
