This is hands down one of the dirtiest restaurants I have ever been in, and I’ve been to places with dirt floors in South America. Whoever is managing this location has no standards and it shows. Got home and found a hair in my first bite. At least they refunded me when I took it back. If you want a quick burrito, just go the Maverick next door, cheaper and better quality.

This was the slowest Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had. And they weren’t busy in the restaurant. And forgot a few of our items. This delay was especially inconvenient on a road trip. I recommend going through the drive through and then bringing your food inside if you want to dine in. They seem to prioritize drive through orders.

There are 3 Taco Bell’s in Idaho Falls and this one is the worst. I never got my food. Ordered on the app because I was on lunch break, waited for 25 min and never got my food. The lobby filled up and not a single person had their food. But the drive thru was getting their orders. I had to leave to make it back to work without getting a refund. I received notification an hour later that my order was ready for pickup.
There was also some dude in the dinning room that was tweaking on something and trying to pick fights with people waiting for their orders.

You’d think with having a brand new Taco Bell right off the freeway, service would be awesome. Everytime I go to dine in, I’m waiting 20 minutes or longer just to get my food. Nothing is changing at this restaurant as you can see from all of the 1 start reviews. Don’t waste your time here, go to the Taco Bell on 17th Street.

Worst Taco Bell ever. Ordered at 9:57 and have yet to get my order sitting here at 10:40. Ordered 4 burritos. We even ordered on the app before even getting there. Cars in the drive through were passing through it seems. Lobby was full of angry people.

What an absolute terrible experience. Stopped in thinking it’s Taco Bell. Same menu familiar items. Generally consistent nation wide. Well not at this location. Slow slow slow. Messed up my order. I had 3 Crunchy Taco Supreme. Practically nothing inside and then the order was with 3 tacos I only got 2 with my order. Dealing with the people there was pointless I went with out, not worth hassle. Also I added a Mexican Pizza seriously maybe covered 2 inches on top. So between my wife and I 32.00 for worst Taco Bell experience ever. No wonder they were so dead during a lunch hour. Avoid this place. Look at the photos. Where are the toppings.

The Taco bells in Idaho do too much adding on. Do you want sour cream? Do you want extra meat? Do you want jalapenos? It’s kind of annoying when you’re ordering and you’ve been used to Taco Bell for 40 years. Also one time I did say I want extra meat and it really was some extra. Otherwise we love Taco Bell

I went in to the restaurant for lunch and I was greeted by no one at the counter. After 10 minutes one of the workers came up and stocked money in the cash register and dint say a word and walked away. After about another 5 minutes I figured out about the computers that you can place your order. If that is the case there should be some sort of sign that says use the tablets to order. A later seen an older couple that was behind do the same thing waiting on someone because they wanted to pay cash. They waited by the counter the entire time while I had my meal completely finished. Is this how you treat your customers? They ended up leaving without getting their meals at the same time I did. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE SOMEONE NEEDS TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE.
