Absolute worst service, kids that don’t care about anything, and no meat at all on any of my food. Waste of 20 bucks, avoid this location until an actual manager decides to run the place.

Food is usually good, but I always end up so frustrated whenever I order for delivery :/ without fail there is something in the bag either forgotten or not done right. I placed an order tonight at about 1:20 am (they’re open until 3) for a combo deal that had chicken nuggets, 2 tacos, and nacho fries. I was supposed to get a chalupa taco and a doritos taco as well as a large fry, but they ended up completely forgetting my chalupa taco and gave me a small fry instead :/. Not only that but the fries were very old, and the bottom of the fries were absolutely overflowing with crumbs, which is pretty frustrating considering I paid about 23$. Baja blast and chicken nuggets were good at least. I know employees are most likely exhausted, especially when it gets later into the night, but it’s not fair whatsoever to cheat people out of what they paid for. Please do a better job

Came to this location yesterday morning(11-16-25) and everything and everyone was great. Today however (11-17-25) this morning was way different than yesterday. Our food was prepared very poorly and even tasted worse than yesterday. The customer service standard was also not met.

It’s very hard to rate service when there there really isn’t any. You have to place your order at a kiosk. They call your name when your order is ready. I guess, the best I can say about service and atmosphere…… At least they called out my name politely.
Taco Bell has become even more skimpy than I thought possible. A simple cheesy roll up ……. you can’t even see the cheese in it. Just a rolled up tortilla. The crunch wrap supreme was flat. Those used to be so full the filling would ooze out when you bite in to it. The Tacos were flat. I freaking spent over $60 …. I honestly don’t think I received $10 in food. Your greed has obviously blinded you to the fact WE DON’T HAVE TO EAT THERE ….. times are tough….. we are going to eat where we actually get our money’s worth. 2 tbsp of ingredients in a flat taco shell that was limp…. not crunchy. Your greed has blinded you from your integrity and allows you to think you’re entitled to sell us flat Tacos, most empty shells, with ten cents worth of ingredients !!!!

Food was mediocre at best! Far cry from what it used to be! No service except for someone calling your name when your food is ready. You have to place your order on a kiosk. Ordered the $5 meal box. Taco barely had anything in it! Very disappointed! Parking is limited!
