Omg this place is now my family’s favorite.. we used to like Wendy’s ..Taco Bell is way better and the best in town esp CY Ave branch.. the people who works there are super nice very friendly and respectful .. I had to ask their names .. Nate and Thalen and also Adelide I hope I get their names correctly if not I apologize… I’m a cute old lady .. you know I’m getting old to remember stuff! But what I can remember is that these employees need to be commended for the good job they’re rendering to Taco Bell. They do care that’s for sure! Taco Bell’s BAJA BLAST is definitely a blast, I believe this drink is one of the best that Taco Bell ever created … omg we love Baja Blast.. thank you Taco Bell for giving us this delicious tasty awesome soft drink!!! Best Flavor Ever!!! And Best Employees you guys got over there!!!

I was ordering for 5 people, so I thought going in was better than the drive up. People were waiting inside and told us that if we want to order we better use the kiosk because the workers won’t even acknowledge that you’re there. While ordering I noticed the people ahead of us didn’t get all of their orders and the workers responses were edgy. They called for us with our order, it was missing items. The first I said was cups for 3 drinks and 2 freezes. Then I asked where our fries and cheese were. They wanted to make us pay for them again before they would give them to us. They continued to argue with us until the manager got involved. They put the fries and on a cheese quesadilla, which I didn’t even know was an option. After remaking that part of the meal they still forgot our drinks and the churros we had ordered. I had to ask multiple times if anyone was going to help us get our drinks. We were met with eye rolls and others completely ignoring us. It wasn’t until I said we will never be back in this location that they finally got our drinks. After we finally got our order, they continued to treat other customers exactly the same way. They messed up another lady’s soft tacos, wouldn’t hand out cups and wouldn’t even acknowledge them. I will never be back to theCY location and recommend everyone stay away. I have been coming here since the 1990’s, never again.

I don’t want to one star the place but they have turned off their online ordering so 1. I can’t order with the app and 2. can’t use any of the app discounts. When I called to talk to them they didn’t know if their online ordering was on or off. I contacted TB Support and they have turned it off.
