Horrible served broken tacos and nothing in them hardly and supposed to be supreme chulupas didnt get nothing supreme its sad no one takes pride in what they do or thinks how would i want my food served to me maybe that would change how they serve if they changed how they think. Been going to this place for years and it’s always something with this location in particular. Customer service is great but literally everyone else acts like their job is too much. Can’t listen to simple instructions for specific things like swap something out or REMOVE SOMETHING ENTIRELY. They don’t care if you are allergic to anything because they think they doing get paid enough. You’re better off ordering ONLY through the app and having as little contact as possible with your mouth cause they hate listening to verbal instructions. Or maybe they just get a worse punishment for messing up mobile orders. I don’t know what it is but this place is awful.

Lady at the counter was nice to me but very rude to other customers and other employees. She wasted so much of our time by making my entire group write their orders on a paper bag and then giving her the bag, she then put it in the computer and got mad at the cooks if they weren’t put in bags. Our food was to stay, why waste 20 bags and waste our time like that?

Update 2yrs later. The service has been slow , the food has hit and miss. The last 2 times I’ve ordered a bean bean burrito it was perfect, I almost called up there to tell them what a great job they done. Tonight. Was different. We waited awhile in the drive thru line (which isnt a big deal) then the ladies working (all 4 of them) hung out by the window giggling, snickering, and laughing. As we drove off I opened the bag of our food and was completely disappointed when I got to my burrito. It was as if they dropped it on the ground , stepped on it, and just put it in bag. …it went to waste …
Food is always great and service is fast.

Food is good, service is atrocious, specifically when you order drinks from the kiosk.
They will forget your drink if you order from the kiosk, and when you ask for it they will straight up look at you like you’re an idiot.

Ask for a lot of hot sauce and actually got a lot. The cheesy bean and rice burrito at $1 well worth it. Several other items either $1 or $2. The stacker was good too, $2 though. Very fast service.

Some empty tables were dirty, they were out of Mexican Pizza, the shift manager could not give me a receipt for the refund she gave me, and with rude look on her face a worker placed my second order of food on the counter without calling my name. The Crunchwrap Supreme had sparse fixings, especially meat.

Stopped at the Taco Bell in Riverton and used the kiosk to order. It ended up taking over 20 minutes just to get my food, which is way too long for fast food. No updates, no explanation, and the service felt disorganized. Definitely one of the slowest Taco Bell experiences I’ve had.

Waited for over 30 min- had 5+ people come in, order, eat, and leave after we ordered a simple order for 2. Manager told us she was training and being yelled at from 10 different directions. Got our $$ back- and went somewhere else. Worst experience so far- everyone acted clueless and had no clue what was going on. So many people standing around in the back- and short staffed.
