Frequent and regular customer for breakfast, typically don’t go out of my way to Karen over small complaints, just spent 45 minutes of my life waiting for food I paid for to never show. Waited at the counter once realizing my order was skipped and I was ignored by every employee working this morning until I shouted asking for a refund. Still unsure if I even was refunded or just charged another 10 dollars, since no reciept made its way back to me. 0/10 do not recommend this location, tables are typically dirty, you will be ignored, even if you’re a frequent regular.

The cashier/cook was borderline rude. They kept wanting people to use the kiosk. Not everyone knows how to use the kiosk and not everyone can pay with a credit card. The food was good. They didn’t get my order right but I love taco bell so I didn’t mind. They were upset we didn’t use the kiosk because there was only three people in the kitchen. If eating there i would suggest bringing a credit or debit card so they don’t get short because you didn’t use the kiosk.

Wad really excited to get the chili cheese burrito since they don’t offer in montana! Went thru drive thru and the order was messed up when we told the cashier he went and got this gal and she said give me the big bag back and proceeded to yank it out of my hand! Then she brought the bag back and we said we are still missing one she was very rude and said Uh no you have everything you ordered! She was rude and dismissive. She should get a different job!
