I got the number 1. The Taco shells were crispy. The lettuce was also crisp and chilled, as well as the cheese, and the meat was warm. Not soggy, I appreciate that in a taco bell taco. It’s truly the little things. My 3 tacos and drink were ready in a flash. It was an uneventful, quiet exchange of money and food, and we both went about our day. Pleasant fast experience.

I’m just a DoorDasher and I came in to pick up an order and unfortunately they were out of quite a few things, but the guy up front was SO NICE. Most fast food places treat me so coldly when they’re out of things like it’s my fault but whoever was working this morning gets huge praise from me. He was absolutely wonderful especially for having to work at 3 in the morning!!!

Everything was great, and the service was good. The reason for less than perfect rating was that after all customers were helped, I overheard the staff joking around and dropping multiple f bombs when I had 3 small children within earshot. However, when they helped us directly, they were very polite and courteous.

Well , it starts when I go there and the VERY nice / personable girl named Jordan ( I think ?? ) that takes my order makes sure that what I ordered IS exactly what I ordered by reading it back to me. Then , my food comes out HOT & Exactly how I ordered it!!. That’s why I gave 5 ” Stars ” !. I’ve been to Taco John’s across the street ( Grand Avenue ) twice. My 1st time & the 2nd time was my LAST time I’ll EVER go back there !!. A dirty dining room ; and no one was there cleaning it !!. The guy that took my order on ” Taco Tuesday ” had ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA WHAT TACO TUESDAY WAS!!!. I had to ” School him ” about it !!. Anyway, Taco Bell in Laramie is GREAT & way less expensive than that Taco John’s across the street!. That place is a joke. So , when you go to THIS Taco Bell ,I really doubt that ANYONE will be disappointed!!!.. it’s 5 ” STARS ” !!!!.

Writing this as someone who Doordashes, this has got to be the worst place to get orders at. If you have to pick up an order here (let’s pray it’s not a double order) then you can expect to be waiting at least 10-15 minutes. They never have the drinks ready. Actually I take that back, it’s not never, sometimes they just have you grab the Baja Blast that’s been sitting on the shelf for the last hour so it’s warm and flat. I honestly feel like I could go back and make the food quicker then they could.

Came through and ordered 2 chicken quesadillas, and 3 cheese roll ups. Got home and the cheese in all of them were not melted at all. I called the store so i could get a new order and the lady was very kind to me on the phone. When I went back to get them, the people working the drive thru, and the kitchen people were laughing and staring at me as i waited for my new order. Even my boyfriend noticed how hostile they were. It’s unprofessional to have the entire kitchen laughing at you because you just wanted your order corrected. I won’t be coming back.

I bought the steak grilled cheese I order the extra cheese and sour cream. Cost 14 dollars . Well i ate half of it it had everything I order brought it back . I opened it up and it had 3 pieces of steak.
