This Taco Bell is by far one of the best I have been to. I walked in and immediately noticed how clean it was compared to others I had been to. I ordered my food and it came out a few minutes later. It was hot and fresh while also tasting amazing. The service was very friendly and they all had on a smile. And the way the hot sauces were set up was something I had never seen before at a fast food place. They were all put together methodically and it looked very presentable. Will be going back next time I am in Glenwood!!!

Waited 30min for our food after ordering on the kiosk. When I finally decided to say something, it was difficult to get their attention even for anyone else in the lobby; No one there wants to deal with customer service…they literally struggled to pick who is going to take care of it in-front of all the customers, a “No you do it” situation…which is extremely rude given the fact that— it is a fast food environment where customer service should also be priority. Mind you, the only reason we were able to say something, was because there was a gentleman complaining asking for a refund and asking why no one was communicating at the cashier; we were there before him. All this happened, Just to find out our order was not showing up on the other screens and we still had to wait another 10min for our food. I could have asked for a refund yes, but pregnancy cravings are a must and had to be met. Overall , this was an awful experience at this location.

I love going to Taco Bell for something quick and today I went to pick up a DoorDash order. The “manager” she was pretty rude about how she approached me at the drive through she said the pick up is only at the lobby I understood that but I had another question and she ignored me and closed the window. She kept looking at me like if we were done talking. I don’t know how someone like that can be manager at this facility. I won’t go here anymore unfortunately due to this issue. The food is good but the service is beyond poor. Someone should really show her how to properly speak to people if she is going to be manager. I had asked for a manager before I knew it was her and she said “I’m the manager so what now??” Making someone feel that way isn’t okay. For a paying customer that’s not fair either. Something needs to be resolved or I will continue to move forward with my complaint.

This taco bell is actually pretty solid. I’m just giving this a one-star review in hopes that the owner or a manage will see it and fix the fact that most of their options are not available on their online menu. Very annoying when trying to order online. If this is fixed it goes to five stars!

Wanted chicken strips, got something that looked like dog poop in a bag. Also paid for bottled water at the kiosk, but they only offered a cup of soda-machine water after I asked the cashier. When I asked for a refund, she said she didn’t know how, and told me soda costs the same anyway—so I guess I ‘upgraded’ to sticking with it. Hilariously bad.

This Taco Bell in Glenwood Springs was excellent! It was late, our group was very hungry and they were open. We pulled up and made a big order and the woman taking our order was very pleasant , helpful and seemed happy to be there. This was really nice, especially since we were so worn out from traveling most of the day. That kindness really helped. I made a mistake in the order and she fixed it with zero fuss. Add to that, the order came out perfectly made and delicious. Thank you Taco Bell picking up our spirits!

Doors were locked at 2PM. Someone popped them open then disappeared. I stood at counter and asked “are you open?” in a loud voice 3 times, then after NO response, gave up and left.

You would think you would get better food and service for paying a premium price over other Taco Bell locations. Unfortunately, every time I’ve gone here over the last year or so the food has been stale, dry and the service in general pretty rude. My purchase of a crispy chicken burrito was regrettable and I ended up throwing most of it away. Not to mention the drive-through and general location being very hard to get in and out of if there’s any kind of traffic. I don’t believe I will be back despite driving by a few times a week.
