They usually do alright, but today I wanted to try a new menu item so I got the avocado chicken soft taco. I ordered it through the drive thru , didn’t open it until I got home and when I took it out of the bag I immediately noticed it look like someone had played catch with it before putting it in the bag. Wrapper was all balled up, sauce was on the outside. Things happen I get it. My issue was when I called in to mention to an employee that this was the state of my food that when I opened this destroyed rapper sauce was everywhere the chicken was halfway out of it and it was impossible to eat and had gone out of my way to call to let them know that they didn’t offer me any compensation didn’t offer to replace it didn’t seem to really Care much they just kind of laughed it off and said sorry with a chuckle. We all have bad days I get it I’m not saying fire anybody but when the food gets to the customer and it’s inedible because it’s so messy and you’re not sure if it’s been stepped on in the kitchen and put in my bag you just need to offer to replace it which was not what they did.

My daughter likes to make a lot of modifications to her order and Clifton Taco Bell always does it correctly! I have gone to other local locations and they just basically ignore the modifications. Clifton Taco Bell is the best in the area!

This was by far one of the best taco bell experience I have ever had! In terms of freshness I don’t think I have ever experienced any better (except maybe in Hawaii) but that is the highest praise I could ever give any taco bell!
I thought the staff here were amazingly efficient and seeing how they worked behind the scenes was amazing! They communicated well and made sure all orders were correct and made quickly! Absolutely would recommend them!
We got bean burittos, cheese gordita crunches and soft tacos! It was all perfect!

Came in after work at 11, Me and my people ordered 3 separate orders, they finished in such a timely manner and were very polite and professional. I asked for no tomatoes on my chalupas and they’re on but other than that no complaints.

I ordered dinner online, picked it up the receipt showed everything I ordered but when I got home only half of my order was there. I didn’t want to go back out in the cold to get it. I will say that the manager Tristan I spoke to on the phone was very nice about it. He told me that I can get the item I did not get this time the next time I come in

Ordered food from taco bell and the order was not only messed up with multiple items missing but on top of that whag I did recieve of my order was disgusting. The tacos were soggy, it was cold, I didnt even eat it. May have well just thrown my money in the garbage because instead of resolving the issue I was refunded $5 if the $25 that I spent. Smh avoid this place.

Where in the heck is the old manager jayden? This location is already gone downhill since he’s been gone in that short amount of time. He was always so kind and respectful and from what I could tell did a good job managing the team.
