11am. Fries Luke warm and soggy. At that time come on. Crunchwrap supreme. 3 out of 5. All of the meat shouldn’t be on just one side… When I first opened the visual was very disappointing. Fire sauce is 5 of 5 (always, unless they change it)

Wanted a quick bite to eat. Reviews on yelp and google looked good. Glad we came here. No problems. Lots of seating areas and staff was polite and helpful. We ordered using self service at entrance. Works better than expected. Food order was correct and was good. The doritos tacos looked almost like the one advertised on ordering screen. Lol. Good meal and ready for another 5 to 6 hours driving.

I don’t recommend coming to this location during the closing shift. Youll spend over 30 minutes watching kids behind the counter chit chat and play on their phones while one lonely member makes the order. Even though they were not busy at all, they made it seem inconveniencing that i was asking about my order. The staff, including the manager on duty, was extremely rude and even more lazy…once arriving home with our food we discovered there was sour cream on everything (we asked for no sour cream) we asked for light lettuce and received a lettuce stuffed tortilla, our burritos were supposed to have extra meat and there was little to no none. This was very dissapointing. I love taco bell but I will never come to this location again.

I was just passing by when me and my family wanted something to eat so we decided to go to taco bell on horizon. We were greeted with a friendly cashier i think her name was mariah. She took our order and helped my little ones figure out what they wanted. Thank you for making our experience wonderful mariah!

Ordered food from the Decades menu. The Chili Cheese Burrito was fresh and cheesy. Chili tasted like it was fresh, not stale from sitting all day. The Caramel Apple Empanada was deliciously sweet.

Went there just as lunch was starting. I ordered the new chicken nuggets and they looked and smelled burnt. We had to wait 10 minutes for our food, it seemed there was only one person assembling orders.

Can I give one half or zero stars? I just dealt with one of the rudest managers I have ever dealt with in a service industry and that’s saying a lot. The poorest excuse for management I have seen. Definitely won’t be returning to THIS location anytime soon. The young man working the register was helpful, polite and responsible – maybe he should be the manager!

Worst Burrito Supremes I’ve ever tasted. This has been my favorite menu item for over 40 years. These burritos were abysmal! There was only a tiny amount of cheese, lettuce, tomato, and sour cream at the very end of the burritos. These are supposed to be in every bite! There were like 5 drops of sour cream, and maybe 6 little cubes of tomato. A complete failure! If I were not eating on the road I would have returned them and asked for a refund. This Taco Bell needs to get its act together.
