The drive-thru worker I had was probably the best person at the window I’ve ever experienced. She was incredibly forward and I appreciated her twist to the conversation we had. She was top notch. “Just say no, girl.” The only thing that brings my review down is that I ordered 3 pintos and cheese, and only got 2. I tried to call and was hung up on twice.

No stars would be better. Placed an order for delivery. Door dasher proceeded to the store. I monitor the progress. After about 45 minutes I get a message saying my order has been cancelled. I call the delivery guy who tells me they never made my order and to call Taco Bell. I did and the rude girl says ” your order was made a long time ago and already picked up”. Now I know this is a lie but the girl hung up on me. So I call door dash who said the driver had stated he waited there 45 minutes and they never made my the order. Now, if your busy and forgot that’s one thing, but to be rude and lie is a different story. Can’t trust a business that will lie to it’s customers. Then I get an email a week later thanking me for my order. Are you serious?

55 minute drive thru wait. 35 minutes before it was my turn to order. The people working are very nice, but they are incredibly understaffed. Once in the drive thru lane, because of the curbs you can’t get out until you get all the way through. Only go here if you have 30-60 minutes to wait for food. TB on Abriendo is way faster and better made.

After pulling into town I just wanted something easy for dinner. So Taco Bell on the other side of the highway so decided to head over there. Three Taco Supremes and cinnamon twists for dinner. Young lady who took my order was very nice had a good sense of humor. However, this place was a total total mess. Garbage on the tables garbage on the floors overflowing wastebaskets. Also they didn’t have any mild sauce now I won’t hold that against the employees I guess they just ran out or didn’t get a order in. But this place was just a mess what dirty tables and the trash cans are overflowing.

Always forgets to put Taco Bell sauce with my order or cheats out and gives me less than 1 sauce packet per item (FAR LESS THAN REQUESTED). This location is cheap and will try to offer the bare minimum on anything, they will either FORGET items on your order or disregard any customizations EVERY TIME. I’ve given them a few tries because the food is so cheap, but it’s just not worth it because this is location is absolute trash.

This experience actually made me decide not to go to any Taco Bell again. We ordered inside to sit and eat and waited more than 45 minutes for 5 items. There was only 1 person working the dining room line. The drive thru was cranking out out orders, but they never helped dining room. There was a manager in the office who never came out to help. Poor service. Thanks to the employees who were visibly frustrated with the situation for being there.

Never, have I cared to write a review. I am a very understanding person when it comes to the restaurant atmosphere and customer service. This was the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had, first and last time I’ll ever visit this specific taco bell. Such a long wait just for our food to be cold, i’ve worked at taco bell, it doesn’t seem possible to give out cold food so I am CONFUSED. They messed up every order.

If you look at the previous 1 star reviews, that was exactly what I experienced. There was also a man in line for almost 30 minutes for one burrito to go and he finally got his refund and left. Obviously, they are not improving customer service.

Don’t except card after 11:00pm. Second time this has happened. First time I gave them the benefit of the doubt but two times now. Come on guys! Your better then this! We ordered online and when I picked up the order I was missing 3 soft tacos and the taco sauces we ordered and when I tried calling them they never pick up the phone. I ordered the watermelon slushy and the machine was broke, and all the Pepsi products were down! Like what the hell people this was half of our order and the total was $48 dollars! This Taco Bell sucks and it’s not the first time this happens but this was my first time ordering online! Still trying to call them! Order number 989377 June 22,2023
