Absolutely despicable behavior of Nancy at the drive through window tonight. Read our order back to us and it was wrong. After simply informing her it was wrong, she got a terrible and combative attitude and snapped at us and then insinuated to the cooks to mess with our food. After getting home, 2 items of our order were missing and the crunchy taco was completely smashed to pieces. Disgusting behavior and even worse customer service. If you want Taco Bell, I highly recommend going to a different location. Will NOT be back.

I come to this Taco Bell often, and the occasional mess up on my order is expected, the wrong drink, the wrong sauces, things like that, but substituting a crispy taco shell (which is completely shattered) for a chalupa shell on a supreme lux box without a word? That’s deliberate and just bad service. I’ll start going to the other location, the same exact order is cheaper there anyway for some reason. Attached is a picture of my “chicken chalupa supreme. -Get told there’s no orders with my name
-Clerk walks away without elaborating
-Put in order again, app says both orders are confirmed
-Clerk comes back around, I can finally ask about the state of my order
-Both orders have gone through apparently, it was just too much trouble to confirm the first time around
-I’ve now wasted money on a second order
It would have taken no more than an extra minute to confirm I had an order queued but instead the most basic confirmation can’t be made or communicated.
I absolutely won’t be returning. What insultingly dismissive ‘service’

This location is Trash. Ive ordered through door dash here 3 time in the last 6 months and everytime my order was incorrect or missing thing. Pretty sad that a simple 7 item order has been messed up everytime and im out $50. Unacceptable.

Absolute worst Taco Bell EVER! Worst management ever. T needs fired. They gave me a wrong order. Then made my order wrong right after. When I asked to get it corrected they slammed the drive thru window and dropped my debit card in a filthy water drain I had to get out myself. Honestly, customer service and care what what they do at this location is at a ZERO. I don’t even want to give a one star review. ZERO.

I don’t know why I keep trying them I went again but this time I stayed at the window to make sure it was right and again they forgot stuff and messed up the order I mean I can teach my dog to fallow instructions why can’t they if my dog is smarter then the person making the food then they have a bad life ahead of them! Every time we go there they never get it right then I get home to something missing or wrong I try to give them chances and they always screw it up I think it’s like 5 times in a row I mean how hard is it to follow simple instructions

They always mess up my food. I called to get a remake they said they can remake it. But when I went to get it a couple days later my name was not written down I need too know what manager it was and have a receipt. Crazy How they can’t just do it right the first time then they just rob you. Hate that there is no closer one to my house. This place sucks

I don’t know why they advertise coffee drinks, no Taco Bell ever has coffee. I stopped by for breakfast and ordered a crunch wrap. This thing was sooo tiny and barely had any filling. For $6 they HAVE to do better than this.

I have been coming to this taco bell for awhile now. Cooperate, fix this store. Instead of remodeling, pour the money into more staffing and more hours for this location. I know there is probably not enough staff to deal with the customers that come and go. I bet you anything that they haven’t been trained properly due to the overwhelming amount of customers through drive thru and the lobby. Better yet, maybe hire new management. You decided to put this taco bell location in the most busiest part of town now fix it.
