It is always cold inside and so I have to take my food home to eat a warm meal. I hate the fact that the people no longer can control there own heat inside the store. Thus has to change if they want people to eat inside.

I went to this Taco Bell today, I asked for a ‘loaded beef nacho’ which is usually what I have, they took it off the menu. I asked for ‘double stack tacos’ which is another item I usually order. They took it off the menu. I want to tell the owner something, the PANDEMIC IS OVER!! I didn’t buy anything this time! and I will never be there again!!

The restaurant temperature is NEVER weather appropriate. It’s FREEZING in there when it’s cold, and hot when it’s hot. This evening it was so cold in there we shivered the whole time. We stopped going there as often because the temp inside the restaurant is alway very uncomfortable one way or the other.

Thus place gets worse every time I try to go. They can’t make a basic taco anymore. They can’t even melt cheese for a plain cheese quesadilla with no sauce. They tried twice to make it. It doesn’t matter the day or time of day, this location can’t figure out how to mix Baja Blast Zero. This location’s version on the left. Faintly colored and flavored soda water. On the right Baja Blast Zero from somewhere else. If you tell them they are low on syrup, the employees state it will take too long to change and offer something else or even tell you it’s supposed to taste like that. It is not.

The only place you can get a crunch wrap with all 5 ingredients completely separated inside and burritos with half the contents outside of the tortilla. Whoever makes the food here probably has to consciously remember to breathe. After dinner, I immediately liquidated my holdings in YUM! Brands Inc. May God have mercy on your souls.

This place is the worst. They are consistently out of most items, except beef tacos, chicken tacos and quesadillas. You want a cheesy Gordita crunch, chalupa or even hot sauce… go to a different Taco Bell. Tried the grilled cheese fries and there were 7 fries TOPS in the box.
Follow up: mistakenly visited this establishment again. Notified the cashier at the drive thru that half of my order was missing. After him arguing with me, he took my food back through the window and proceeded to open each item (no gloves on). Yelled to the back for them the make the rest of my food, then handed it back out to me while mocking me. Be better Taco Bell.
