It’s taco bell. My goodness worse place in the world. They have those order here thing. Stupid for one. There is a machine at the counter for someone to place orders. So I had to knock on the counter to get someone attention after waiting for five minutes. Than I placed my order. Everyone went to the back. Than about 15 minutes later I wanted another taco. So I went right to the order here machine. I placed the order hit cash. And waited for 15 minutes than I tried to get someones attention. And a worker in the back shock his head no and kept on till I left. 5 minutes later he seen me again and shook his head no. At this point I was getting upset. Finally someone came up took my cash and at that point my order was placed. Than I had to wait for my food. I will never come back here. Iv been telling people to either go through the drive thru or go somewhere else for the last 20 minutes. Garbage place. The one in the back was the one who shook his head no to me.

Well Everytime I ordered from this Taco Bell I haven’t had any complaints so far and I pray that I don’t start to have any issues. Its the closest Taco Bell to my house and the people that work there are very polite and courteous so I’m praying for continuous respect and awesome preparation of my meals.

I ordered door dash . They mess the entire order up but the quesadillas. And I was trying to explain to manager that door dash is doing a re delivery and and was trying to let her know the entire order was messed up and she said just come here and hung up .

Got there about 1pm. Restaurant has 2 touch screens setup to place orders but if anything UR wanting to order is out of the norm, or if U have a question, then UR SOL. Touch Screens here = bad idea.
So I went back to counter & waited a few min & was able to place my order w/a real girl. Got my food & cup w/lid a few mins later, hot and quite good. (Its hard to mess up a bean & cheese burrito.)
Refills on drinks & lids to go.
The drive through was 3-deep the whole time I sat there eating by the window.
When I finally left (took my time chowing down those bean & cheese burritos) I saw restaurant from a whole different angle & noted drive through was constantly 6-8 or more cars deep whereas before I could only see the front three or four. Damn… The staff was moving ’em through pretty quick…!!
Kudos to restaurant and the girls I saw running the place.
So if U visit this Taco Bell- do check the # of patrons currently visiting before U complain ’bout time spent waiting.
Way to go ladies…!!

Drove up and saw there was no in the restaurant and in the drive thru. This should have been a sign. Waited for 15 minutes to get two burritos. Just a side note -while I was waiting for my food, two other customers got tired of waiting to order food and left. Just saying.

Went to the drive saw all the employees sitting in a car doing who knows what. Answered the drive thru in the car then went running in. I order a crispy chicken burrito box. That’s supposed to come with a burrito 2 tacos and chips. All I got was 2 taco. Mangers or corporate need to do something about this. Hiring all this kids that don’t really want to do anything. Something needs to change.
