I am a GrubHub driver and was sent here to pickup an order for a customer. I arrived at about 7:30pm. Pickup of the order was supposed to be 7:37pm. When I got there, I was told “this order is 3 orders behind what we are making so you’ll have to wait.” I waited. and in a span of 20mins watched the employees make 6 orders before the one I came in to pick-up was even started. I waited for between 35-45mins for this location to make the order I came in to pickup. It took a 2nd manager yelling at the whole crew to get this GrubHub order made before they even made it. By the time I left this location I had been there for 45mins or longer when the order I picked up was a 7 item, quick order. The staff knew I was there and it took almost half the time I was there to even get anyone’s attention. When they brought me the food, they threw it on the counter and when I asked “is this everything?” because I wasn’t allowed to double check myself, I was met with a “yeah.” and a dismissive shoulder shrug with an eye roll as though this order and the fact that I had 45mins of my time and someone else’s time completely wasted due to this happening, didn’t matter at all. Whoever was running this location as a manager before 7:45pm this evening, you did an absolutely abysmal job with keeping the standard of quick, fresh, fast, and friendly tonight. I’m not one to say things like this, however as someone who has literally ran a Taco Bell by myself TWICE previously with less people than whom I saw there tonight, do WAY better than this. There was 6 people on the expedition line and there’s no excuse for not having made or even started a 7 item simple order for 45mins no matter how busy it is. For how small the whole item was after receiving it, that was completely appalling. Until a 2nd woman manager got there it was pretty much nonstop nobody actually doing anything timely or effectively. Not to mention the whole back of the house in the kitchen was a slip hazard for all of the workers because nobody had tended to it properly. That’s a hazard for all of you employees there, and the lobby was full of people waiting for God knows how long. I got there at 7:30pm for pickup and didn’t even get out of there until 8:10pm. That’s unacceptable no matter how busy you are. GrubHub orders and DoorDash orders are typically the first things to go out as part of restaurant policy….if my old boss had seen any of what I did tonight and worked for this location, everyone would’ve been out of jobs and failed a CORE inspection for how bad this was. That should say something.

I would also like to mention a HUGE appreciated THANK YOU to the wonderful woman I spoke to about getting help who got there around 7:45p or after, (I didn’t get her name, but she has some beautiful sleeve tattoos & gorgeous ION brand dyed purple/magenta dyed hair) because if you hadn’t been there I’d of been waiting for over an hour. I appreciate you, your kindness, and attentiveness so much. Thank you so much.

I’ve attached 2 pictures. 1) the order this location gave me and 2) the order I came to pick-up. There is NO reason this should’ve taken almost an hour when it takes no more than 10mins to make this order. I understand dinner rush, but this was way more than that. It was carelessness, and forgetfulness at best until someone else stepped in to help. Thank God for that. “Mad/frustrated/upset” doesn’t even remotely describe the feeling waiting 45mins for someone else’s order left me with. Thank God they weren’t mad, but I explained to them what happened. Personally after this experience, I will not be coming back here for any reason. I’ve never been so furious walking out of a Taco Bell, much less for an order that wasn’t even mine. If this was my order I would’ve probably screamed at y’all because WHY. If you don’t want to wait an hour or longer for your food, avoid this place.

Every single one of y’all employees and managers (for the exception of whom I spoke to after 7:45pm tonight) PLEASE DO BETTER THAN THIS!! Don’t waste people’s time and money like this!!

If I could give 0 starts I would. This is the third time my order has been messed up. They won’t issue a refund dating they aren’t able to. They don’t know the corporate number to report am issue and according the the “manager” the store manager won’t be in until next week. Oh and it’s not their fault, it’s the new staff. Stay away or risk getting good like this.

I do see a lot of negative reviews for the wait time, and while I did wait 20 minutes for a mobile order, their parking lot was full, and the drive thru line behind me was getting longer. I can’t imagine the rush that they experience all day every day at certain times. The young lady working looks like she could use a break. But was still friendly and cheerful.
I’m thankful for them to be working.

Terrible experience. Staff never greeted or offered help at the counter. My order was placed with mobile pickups without anyone telling me, so I waited for nothing. Drinks were forgotten, then my quesadilla was also left out, and no one apologized for the repeated mistakes. To top it off, the cinnamon twists had close to no cinnamon. Overall, the service was careless and unprofessional. I won’t be returning.

Waited 30 minutes for A mobile order for them to have us pull around the building to wait even longer to go in there. Coworkers are throwing food to not only asked to speak to the manager because the way my order looks like and she’s the one that was standing in the freezer on her phone and didn’t even change her gloves and all she had to say is sorry about that.

First off, I understand this is Taco Bell and we don’t expect a whole lot. I ordered my family’s food before even leaving the house to pick it up in the drive thru. When I got to the restaurant there was three cars lined up behind one at the speaker. After about 5 minutes they finally took the order from the one waiting at the speaker. They didn’t take the next cars order until thats first car paid, got their food and left the drive thru. This went on for each of us so it took approx 30 mins just for me to get to the speaker to tell them I had a mobile order. When I got to the windows the pink haired employee was just standing there playing on her phone for about 5 mins. She then tried to hand me an order for a different name. I gave her my name, again. After about 5 more minutes she hands me a small bag with like one itemin it. We had ordered a lot of food so I knew this wasn’t my order. I told her this wasn’t mine and she said “yeah it is, I checked it” while still playing on her cell phone. I told her okay I’ll just come inside since I know this isn’t my order, which it clearly wasn’t. Sure enough it had a nacho fry and one other item, not the three full meals we had ordered. I brought the food inside and showed it to a different employee and told them I told the girl at the windows this wasn’t mine but she didn’t care. The pink haired girl comes over and just laughs about it and walked right back to her phone. That girl shouldn’t be working there. Someone that cares that little about customers shouldnt be in customer service. They finally got my family’s food almost an hour after I ordered it. We’ve had issues at this location almost every time.

The most disgusting and foul food I have ever got from a fast food joint. Everything in our bag was wet, not soggy from condensation but literally wet. Tacos were supposed to be crispy and they literally fall apart they were so wet. We only live 5 minutes away in the neighborhood behind and everything looked like it was hours old. Which was funny because they got our order out to us in less than 2 minutes. Chips for the chips and cheese were so salty they gave me heart burn. Place was dead, not one person in line or inside. This is not my first issue with the late night crew and will probably never return. GROSS!!!!

Order $50 worth of food at 7 PM on 2/24/2026. I received HALF of my order. The entire shift needs to be replaced. Any food that required the griller was oozing out of the side because someone SLAMMED the grilled closed on every food item. Everything was either oozing out or falling apart. The tostada in the crunchwrap was soggy and tasted like water. This is one of the worst run Taco Bells in the country and I hope Corporate makes a visit to clean house because this is the worst fast food I have ever had.

So I accidentally placed a mobile order to the Dublin Blvd location and then confidently showed up at a different Taco Bell near Pine Creek High School. Turns out my app had Dublin set as my home location. Oops. My bad. The staff at the first location were super kind and let me know what happened, and when I finally made it to the Dublin Taco Bell about two hours later, they were cool with me rolling in getting what I had ordered earlier and saving me who knows how long on the phone with customer service trying to get a refund.

The Manager Jasmine was awesome, and everyone I talked to was friendly, patient, and genuinely nice — even though I may have called more than once (lol) while sorting out my mistake. Instead of being annoyed, she and everyone I spoke to at that store were cool.

I messed up. They were chill–got me what I sent through, and handled it like pros. Love my homebase TB, and the TB up north by PCHS!

Why are none of your Taco Bell employees able to make a bean burrito? It doesn’t matter which Taco Bell I order from North Springs, South Springs, Hawaii, California…… Every time I order a bean burrito since 2019 I get all of the onions in one single bite, offensive…. The red sauce is on one end of the burrito or the other not the entire span of it. Depending on the day and depending on the location I don’t even get the full amount of beans in said bean burrito. This isn’t rocket science. And with all the new fancy squirt tubes and ladles there shouldn’t be ingredients this grossly misproportioned. Everything in your kitchens are supposed to be idiot-proof and yet you have idiots who figure out how to break the system, or is it bad management? Are the managers of these locations intentionally skipping out on the ingredients that should be in these products?

As far as the jerk who added cinnamon twists to the middle of my beef and potato burrito…. That wasn’t an accident.. that was intentional, and just so that we’re all on the same page, some people are deathly allergic to cinnamon.
