Absolutely filthy. Nearly every table was gross. There was only 1 other person sitting inside. The teens behind the register were more worried about their friends in the building. The floor is so disgusting you can tell it is not cleaned regularly. No straws. Where all the utensils and sauce packets are, was sticky and gross as well.

The pictures do not due it justice on my experience. I was there late night, and did a mobile order, when I pulled around to the window I was told to go park in the lot, and not to park by the door because a truck was going to be arriving soon. So I did, 25 minutes go by and no one has brought my food out, and no food truck has arrived, so I pull up to the door, turn my brights on (I couldn’t go inside because the doors were locked) and waited another 10 minutes before someone finally brought my food out. A brief apology was made and I was handed my food and they ran back inside. I then go to eat my food, and I see on the receipt that it was ready 5 minutes after I ordered so it had been sitting wherever for at least 30 minutes before it was brought to me. I spent like 27 dollars and I would have waited for fresh food. So I proceeded to make a complaint, through the app and on the website, and I requested a follow up, and all they did was send me a 5 dollar off coupon, stating “I hope this makes up for the experience”. This Taco Bell used to be one of the best in town. But over the last year I’m not sure if it’s a change in management or people just don’t care anymore but it was a very disappointing experience. Also, this wasnt the 1st time at this Taco Bell, this one was just the icing on the cake.

Ben and the entire Taco Bell team absolutely crushed it! I accidentally ordered delivery to the wrong location, but Ben jumped in right away, helped fix everything, and even called the other store for me. Talk about above-and-beyond customer service!

We ate lunch there with family while on vacation. This establishment was clean, friendly, and the food was delicious. Our meal was hot and fresh. One of the team members, asked everyone in the restaurant about the quality of their meal and service. This was an extremely effective team member who really appeared as if he loved his job! GREAT JOB on this Taco Bell restaurant! We will be back again.

We use this Taco Bell at least once a week and normally it is the best one in town with fantastic service. Tonight I came home from a business trip and my wife stopped to pick up our online order so it would be ready for me when I got home. Part of the order was 3 locos tacos with no lettuce. She checked the order and found they had lettuce. She went back and tried to go in the front door to find it was locked due to staffing… what didn’t make sense were the multiple teenagers in the lobby hanging out and getting food (I’m assuming buddies of the workers) and the workers completed ignored her. She got back in the drive thru line and waited another half hour to get to the window to get the new tacos. She gets the bag and pulls to the parking lot so the line behind her can keep moving. She finds now they are normal and locos tacos STILL WITH LETTUCE… obviously upset I asked her to just come home and we will order some pizza since it’s now 10 at night. I pull the whole order out to find every single taco shell is broken. The grilled cheese burrito not only isn’t a grilled cheese burrito but barely has anything inside of it with even a piece of broken taco shell inside the burrito… I understand these probably are mostly high schoolers and their first job but someone needs to be there holding them accountable and training them. Especially on respect and accountability, like not having your buddies hanging out in your closed lobby. She did call to explain the situation and they offered to set stuff aside for next time and I appreciate the effort but I don’t need free stuff or a refund, just listening skills and attention to details on orders.

Great location, we stayed at the great wolf lodge and the drury inn. Was nice to have something so close that was reasonably priced! Kind of a long wait but got our food and headed back to have some fun. Seems brand new but we didn’t go inside. Nice area and seems well taken care of.

Don’t waste your money here. Not only will the food be cold, old and awful it will also be purposely smashed and broken with missing ingredients and strange watery beans and molded potatoes. I’ve never had worse. How do you F up a Pepsi? It’s always nice after a long day at work to give someone your money in exchange for their garbage. Update: Taco Bell leaves me a reply to contact them with a link, I have contacted them 4 times with 0 response from them. 4 times! 0 Response.

Had a great experience here last night 8/23. Very friendly guys working, perfect order accuracy. My only complaint is the shell inside the Crunchwrap had a weird taste from being fried in old oil, but that’s just a minor thing. This Taco Bell is the most competent one in the city. I recommend driving out of your way just for the good service!
