I come to this location just about once a week. This location is not local to me, but because of the quality of their operation I am a patron of this spot. Everything is always to standard. The food is properly made, the staff are very nice, and the dining area is free of suface area dirt. The only problem I have is no CO2 for the Mt Dew Zero. Its flat. Other than that its a wonderful place. Thank you.

I went to the restroom and was presented with a sign at the door that filled me with confidence about what I would see on the other side.
The toilet and urinal were nasty. It was an effort to leave the room uncontaminated after washing my hands.

The food was good the cashier was helpful and friendly but it took about 45 minutes or so to get our food and people who came in after us were getting their food before us. And even after asking and the cashier requesting our food was still parts wrong but we ate it so we didn’t have to wait another 45 minutes or longer for the right options.

We accidentally ordered to the wrong Taco Bell on the app and we’re a little frustrated. The drive through attendant was so kind and helpful! His attitude totally turned out day around! Our receipt says Caitlin but not sure that was our tall friend’s name. Anyway thank yall for great service!

Edit** went recently, got fresh food, great service, and didnt forget about my order when they had me pull around front, thank you!**
Made me wait 20 minutes out front when I went through drive through, forgot about me and my order and gave me cold food when I went in to figure out why my food wasn’t coming. ignored me at the front for 5 minutes after giving me cold food. Im waiting to ask for them to remake it, still been waiting 10 more minutes.
Update: after another 10 minutes, finally got fresh food after telling them I wasn’t taking the cold soggy food they had sitting there for 20 minutes.

We ordered a double beefy burrito, chicken enchilada burrito, spicy potato soft taco, and avocado crispy chicken soft taco. They completely forgot my beefy burrito, the potatoes on the potato taco were inedible… they were super old and completely overcooked… the tender on my chicken soft taco was extremely small and took up less than half the tortilla it came in. It looked like they tried to hide the tiny overcooked tender underneath an obscene amount of produce that wasn’t even fresh. I’m highly disappointed in this experience.

I don’t know why I continue to give this place a chance.
Placed an order at location 8:22pm with my wife for just a few items. We waited until 8:50 before I decided to go inquire about our order. During this time, the staff were giggling, screaming, and playing in the back of the kitchen. There were only 2 other customers that came through the drive through the duration of our stay. I went to ask the employees about our order, and I was met with bloodshot eyes and laughing. They appeared to be intoxicated. The floors of the kitchen were covered in cheese, meat, lettuce, and liquid. At this point I decided I had enough and asked for a refund. I was told I could not have a refund… We waited until 9:05 until we finally received our food and went to our car. It was there my wife informed me we did not receive her drink. I went back inside to ask if I could get the Pepsi and the employee that provided the drink did so with the utmost attitude. They threw their head back and sighed, poured the drink, and then proceeded to slam it into the counter (soda flew out of the top) and turned his back to me and walked off.
The owner really needs to reflect on his management team at this location, as there appeared to be none. Employees unsupervised and possibly intoxicated, no quality control, attitude towards customers, all a recipe for failure.

For the first time in my life, I’m compelled to review a particular location of a fast food chain. Not because I’m bored, and not to complain, because there’s enough of that. I’m very happy with my experience here.
Long-term patrons of Taco Bell will attest that the bar is not set high, and that it’s a certain standard of terrible that you sometimes just happen to be in the mood for. This, strangely, was better than that.
All the vegetables were bright and fresh, served quickly, and more potatoes were made on the spot when they were out. We were served by a cheerful gentleman with a great attitude. All items were correct. No notes.
