WORST TACO BELL I HAVE EVER BEEN TO
I ordered off of uber eats and I got it in time uber and there driver Brandon did a amazing job my issue is when I got my order and looked threw the bag I didn’t have my beefy 5 layer and I also ordered 2 chulups and they where brick hard and cold and missing some of the toppings I also ordered a quesarito and got a grilled cheese burrito, they also filled my two boys icy half full and my driver told me he asked the restaurant to remake them and they told him to pack sand also he waited for my order for over 20 minutes when he got to the store. Also when when the food got here it was cold and all the drinks hand no ice.when I called them to ask for a refund or to at least fix there mistake and they said they can’t do anything about it. I will never order from this location again!

Matthew needs a promotion and a raise. This Taco Bell had a horrible reputation with our family. We live across the street and we would purposely drive to other Taco Bell‘s because of the service and the food was not prepared well. Matthew has completely changed that for my family. I learned how sweet he was through picking up DoorDash and Uber eats orders while working. We now come back to this location hoping to see Matthew because he is so kind and pleasant.

I rarely leave negative reviews unless it’s really bad and only leave five star reviews when it’s really good.
This is the worst fast food I have had….ever. I wish I took pictures of everything. But the Dorito Locos taco I got was totally smashed. Cheese wasn’t melted at all. There’s pretty much nothing in it. Total waste.
The steak fries I got? There was literally one piece of questionable steak sitting on top. It’s almost like they did that on purpose for a laugh. It was straight up watery cheese, and I can’t even explain it. It was basically slop. It tasted awful. Honestly, just threw it away.
The only decent thing I had was a burrito. And it was mostly the wrap. Zero meat or anything inside.
What a terrible experience. I’ll probably never go back to a Taco Bell. Unfortunately it is the first time I went to one in about a decade. It will probably be another decade before I go back. Hopefully management takes this seriously and puts the hammer down on food quality and oversight of the employees that prepare the food. What a bummer.

The biggest issue with this location is how long it takes them to put food orders together. If you’re placing an order through their app for pickup, I recommend adding an extra 20-30 minutes to the estimated pickup time to avoid a long wait. On the plus side, the orders are at least usually correct once you get them.

Sorry to the people that work there that were inconvenienced by the order I placed via the app. I thought by placing the order before hand I was making your job easier. Thank you for coming to the window after 10 min to hand me food that had been sitting there for who knows how long. A huge shot out to the manager that marked my order complete instead of canceling it. That kinda accountability truly deserves $20 an hour.

if you’re thinking about going here don’t. i went in 1/10/26 there was 6 cars ahead of me it took them 1 hour to service those 6 cars when i finally got to the speaker they said “it’s going to take a REALLY REALLY REALLY long time” i was boxed in at this point it was like they were expecting me to say “ok ill just go” finally after an hour of waiting i get the the window and they say “yeah i dont know when your order is going to come out our system is scrambled” can the managers at this location educate their staff on knowing what the problem is and communicating issues to the customers. anyway only good thing was my food was fresh.

Provided uncooked food not up to standard. Also made my food wrong two indiviual times after waiting 25 minutes on a remake. Its so clear that this establishment has poor management, poor conditions, and poor employees who cant be bothered to listen or do their own job properly. If I am going to pay for your services I MUST be receiving the food I paid for properly. It is also disgusting inside and from a birds eye view saw that the kitchen was filthy. I work in fast food myself and can comfortably say id rather go to work and eat there than come out to this atrocious establishment.
Side note – everyone was waiting for an unreasonable amount of time. I saw a gentleman refund as his service was poor as I saw an employee go outside to smoke her vape.
Edit; I came back here expecting different results. Much to my dismay; I recieved the same level of poor service.
I came back here to order a limited time item and it came out wrong, the place was dirty and I had to wait another ten minutes to receive my fixed order.
I’d talk more about how this establishment receives poor expectations and results but quite frankly your restaurant is not worth it.

I ordered $60 worth of food off of door dash and this is how the cantina tacos were made by the Taco Bell employees. What a waste of money. I couldn’t even leave my house to get replacement since I had young kids sleeping.

It’s rare that Taco Bell aligns with good food, good service and order accuracy. So far, this location has done very well all on 2 of the 3 (I checked my order at the window and found they had forgotten the cinnamon twists at first – always check before you leave ). All of the food was fresh and tasty. The staff member at the window was very nice. Overall, I was happy and my Taco Bell craving was satisfied
