As a Taco Bell connoisseur, I can honestly say with my whole being that this Taco Bell location and everyone in it needs a pay raise because every time I go there and order food, the people the service and the food are all Michelin star worthy somebody get these people pay raise because the art that they are crafting in there exquisite !!!!! the new chicken bacon ranch Chalupa comes with two per one order didn’t know that by far the best thing I have ever put in my mouth.Thank you taco bell

SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! The employees are rude. I placed a mobile order to pick up and went through the drive thru. I checked everything in the bag to make sure it was correct and I had all items. We left and went back home 15+min drive. Once we got home my husband noticed the rice and beans side had beans underneath when I requested NO BEANS seemed like they tried to hide their mistake. The quesadillas were burnt like black, there was barely chicken in the quesadillas, there was lettuce in the quesadillas. I called the first time someone answered and I talked to them in a nice way then he walked away and was talking badly about me and hung up. I called 4 times till someone picked up and I told them what happened and I over heard them in the background talking badly about me. The manager was very rude and adamant about I need to bring up the food if I wanted a refund. I used to work at Taco Bell and not once have I ever treated a customer like this. I wanted to go back but my kids and my family were hungry so I had to spend another $45 for them to actually eat edible food.

I mean this Taco Bell takes so long to make your food, you’d think you were getting authentic Mexican food, but that probably gets cooked faster then here. Luckily for them I have kids that I sometimes will give in to but every time I’m here there is a line of people waiting for food for 15 minutes. I just ordered three things and was told 10-15 minutes and to please park up front. The mystery is why I’m here again.

Save your money and time. Go up academy or further down Nevada this is by far the most incompetent taco bell on the planet and on most occasions. Rude employees saying they don’t care that you don’t get what you order. At breakfast telling customers they are out of all breakfast because they don’t feel like making it. If we want to go to today’s experience I was informed they had no beef. So quickly changed my order so I wouldn’t have to go elsewhere. I got 0 correct items and 2 crumpled up tortillas with beef and cheese in them and a chicken quesadilla with about 2 oz of cheese and some sauce that is it. Absolutely fed up.

Came back in the day time on 5/1 to see how they were in the day time. Chicken was hard. Quesadilla was empty and there is brown floaties in all the fountain drinks.
April 2025 If you plan on coming here at night past 8pm you will be told they can only take cash payment. We have tried over 5 different nights now and have been told they only take cash. In the day time there is no issue.

Came in here to pick up an Uber delivery which I never ended up getting because she told me it was going to be a couple minutes and I sat there for 15 minutes the only customer in the store being ignored by everybody looking around at all the grimy nastiness. So I started taking pictures since they were making me wait I figured I might as well get into photography. Well here you go here is where your food is coming from.

I ordered a crunch wrap, they give me quesadilla. Gone to this location 4 because they do breakfast and haven’t got my order correct once. Just know if you don’t get a receipt the order will be wrong.

Particularly poorly made food today – and – I didn’t get two soft tacos I ordered and paid for. Good new is the app now lets you order but not have it prepared until you check in at the drive through.
