I ordered this evening through DD, it was a really bad experience, no meat in any of the meals and the wrong drink, and cost me nearly $50. However, I called the restaurant and spoke with a gentleman named Mac (Mack?) he was really kind and helpful and wrote my name down and told me to come back and get it fixed. It’s 10pm currently so I’ll have to go back tomorrow, but this is so rad. I went from really sad and upset to feeling very cared for and taken care of. Thank you Mac(k) you’re the GOAT and the only reason I’ll be coming back again and again. Mac(k) is a great employee, takes care of customers even though it wasn’t his fault, and a really kind human.

Don’t call and complain if they get your order completely wrong in the drive thru (they will), because they’ll just complain and tell you that you either didn’t order anything right or you just don’t know what you ordered. So absurd that it’s almost comical, if it wasn’t so irritating.

Me and my parents HATE coming to this particular Taco Bell due to the fact that everytime we come it is ABSOLUTELY FREEZING in the lobby. It makes us so cold we barely want to even eat our food. No one else seems bothered by it but it is absolutely ridiculous how cold they keep it.

This is a great location it serves a lot of us here on the West side. I’ve eaten at the store over 500 times for the last 100 times we have froze if we wanted to eat inside the employees always say it’s too hot for them. I’m glad that the temperature in the back is the same as the front and we’re catering to that I think that’s not the way it should be. I highly encourage a franchise owner to come and have lunch here unexpectedly without letting them know and you’ll see what your customers are going through just to eat here and if you want to get service at the front desk good luck with that the only way that you can usually get food here is if you go through the drive-thru and get treated like a postage stamp.

This location has gone down hill, multiple times I have ordered the grilled cheese steak burrito and it has come with ground beef, when the cashier forgets your drink at the drive thru and you ask for it you get a look like your stealing from them. Will not be spending my money at this location anymore, taco bell will be lucky to keep my business from this point forward anyway.

Service is absolutely terrible. Wait forever for an employee to give me my pickup order, missing an item half the time. This last order i put it there were no employees in the kitchen and i waited probably 15mins until one came back from their smoke break to even acknowledge there were customers in the restaurant. Awful experience
