I usually never have problems with this Taco bell, however today was completely different all over one of their new freezes. My boyfriend and I went through the drive through today (9/25) at 12:45 ish and there was this individual working the drive through. My boyfriend got his food, and I just wanted to try the vanilla crème freeze (not the orange one because I’m not a fan of orange creamsicles anymore). Well we get to the window and I’m handed a freeze that has orange syrup in it… I ask if it’s just the vanilla freeze and she says (it’s the same thing). I say “oh… okay” kinda defeated but then I think, well why would they advertise two separate drinks? I took a sip and it’s overpowered with orange syrup. Even the receipt says “orange vanilla crème freeze.” So I pull up the app just to ease my mind and sure enough… they are indeed two separate drinks. At this point I just walked in and asked for the Vanilla one and showed a picture and the lovely gentleman there helped me. Kinda upset I wasted $4.51on an error that could have been rectified from the start especially since it was not busy at all, but I’m not one to cause a scene and tell someone how to do their job and be aware of their own menu items (though I’m trying to have a better backbone when it comes to things like this)…

Usually not a bad place. It’s nearby and cheap food so we eat here every once in a while. However, there’s a big girl who is constantly sitting around waiting for an employee who I guess is her friend, but she vapes indoors a lot and no one says anything about that. Also this location closes at odd hours and days so I think they might not have enough employees to stay open regular hours. I’ve come by multiple times to find it closed randomly. I’ll leave this place for days there’s nothing else open.

Customer service was not there for me tonight on December 6 2025 at 1155 pm for the drive thru. The employee was not friendly and looked and walked away and did not come up to thee drive thru window. I do not like this this service. If certain employees have an issue with working nights find other form of employment

Went through the Drive-Thru about 10 minutes ago, and two things were left out of my bag. A Doritos Locos Taco, and A Bean Burrito. I attempted to call two times, and the phone just kept on ringing. The third call I got a busy signal, and the fourth call I was another busy signal…. I waited 5 minutes, and then I called again, and it just went back to ringing. This is unacceptable! When someone has had a long day, and they just want to be able to get some food and go home to relax, and this is the way the day ends. The manager on staff should be fired for not answering the business phone, because they apparently did not want to deal with complaints.

After I left this review I tried to give them a chance yet again this is what I received.
I can’t do 0 stars but if I could I would. Glad one potato had cheese on it.. like what? Do better please and stop being short with the cheese sauce.

We ordered to have Door Dash delivery. Order arrived, bag sealed although both Mexican Pizzas were missing and beef grilled cheese burrito was burnt. Called both the store and Door Dash driver and nobody answered after numerous attempts. So frustrating when you don’t have everyone’s food and can’t get the issue resolved with 6 hours left of the operating hours.

I haven’t been a huge Taco Bell fan for years. THIS place has changed my mind! I needed something semi soft, manager steered me toward steak pablano rolled quesadilla. Delicious! Went back, hubby got the box but told them he couldn’t do the cinnamon twists, as he’s diabetic. They threw in another taco. Great people & service!!

Im not sure how this location has a higher rating than the other location in fountain. I’ve never had a good experience here. Constantly missing food and sides. Food is somehow always cold and burnt at the same time. Food also never tastes the same as the other location, it tastes worse.

We have visited this store several times and run into the same issues. Tonight we placed a mobile order, and say in the drive through for 40 minutes waiting as the third car. The biggest issue was that we order 4 boxes and some side orders. They placed every item in one bag although they had boxes. I asked as nothing was labeled how to tell what was what and for whom. When they handed me the bag it ripped and of course was a smashed soggy mess when we got home. My husband couldn’t tell if what he was eating was chicken or beef. I don’t know why they always do this but it’s like lighting money on fire.

Nobody taking orders. They get mad when you ask for help. 15 min later we haven’t seen a single employee, 5 people waiting longer than we have. One asked what was going on and was ignored. People look angry. Terrible taco bell.
