The constant incompetence from this location is astounding. Lack of customer service, lack of care when preparing food and general care at all is insane. Every single time something is wrong. Ordered a Crunchwrap with no sour cream add Jalapeño and add creamy Jalapeño. Came with no meat and there was sour cream and no Jalapeños and no sauce. If you don’t give a damn about your job how about you don’t have one? Just ridiculous.

Best experience I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell in my life. The food was not only amazing, hot, and fresh but Natalie and Stephanie made the drive thru experience so fast and delightful. I had a Diablo good time going today and can’t wait to go back again. Thank you to the manager as well, they are great. Ps give the 3 of them raises they work their butts off.

We came through drive thru after being in the hospital to feed our kids. Customer service was horrible! Couldn’t hear him, we asked for something and he says “I said we don’t have it”. Asked for a burrito, he says rudely we don’t have that. Got to the window and he was so rude! No communication and rude looks. These young kids think they should be paid well but have horrible customer service skills. The food barely had anything on it. It’s sad we pay for food that we end up having bad customer service. Corporate will be called! Receipt says Alexis is the person at the register, but unless it’s a guy with that name could be someone else.

My burrito supreme was ordered with, no red sauce, but with green sauce. It came with red sauce. 3 hard taco supreme, 2 of which had broken shells. I ate them anyway. I would have taken them back, but the dining room was a wreck and I just left instead of eating there. Upon arriving home, I was quite disappointed in what I just spent, nearly $20.

Tables are constantly dirty when ever I come here and service is decent food is hit or miss at best especially when you order the same thing and frequent taco bell often which is funny how you order the same item but its almost never made the same way its kinda like Russian roulette with taco bell just saying had to give 4 stars over all as its still one of my favorite places to grab a quick bite to eat. However if these things got worked on I would give 5 stars for sure!

I do not want to even give 3 stars for this Taco Bell! Unfortunately when anyone goes inside you sit waiting for a half hour!! You watch everyone who has a door dash order come & go while you sit & watch the drive thru continue rotate through all of the cars & then some. It’s FREEZING in the store and you’ve got a disabled husband who is hungry & cold and still waiting for your food… RIDICULOUS! I WOULDN’T EVEN GIVE 3 STARS IF I DIDN’T HAVE TO!

Went late at night (no where near closing time) and the chalupa was old and hard. The burrito was cold and was 3 tortillas just to make it look bigger. Most of the time their sodas don’t taste right and they have really slow service

Went inside, ordered from the kiosk. Order was missing 2 items, one being the cheese cup for the nachos. Upon eating my food the cheese cup wasn’t used as the chips were all bottom of the bag pieces.
Closest location to my office, but may start driving farther, as orders always seem to have an issues.
