Worst Taco Bell in northern Colorado. They are UNBEARBLY slow and suck at their jobs. Often running out of basic items that should ALWAYS be in stock. They also purposfully make cars wait an unbearable amount of time.

My Cinnabon delights were taking long and were cold when I got them. I ordered a large drink and didn’t receive it. I asked for it, and the female, old, Hispanic manager (don’t worry, I love all people) came up to my friends to make sure I wasn’t lying and practically sniffed our food. Before that, the manager was heard by me and others cursing at employees. Young employees were working hard, but others were very frustrating to deal with.

Went in to get a number two, three regular tacos with a drink. The girl at the window with short black hair and glasses took my order. When I got to the window she told me my total and I paid in cash. After a second she gave me a bag and a drink. I asked for my change and she replied “I handed it to you”, which she hadn’t. I’m glad I asked for my change back since this is a common way for people to steal money. Which I think she might have been doing… if I’m being honest. She gave me my change and I left. Since the interaction was so poor I checked the bag and it was not what I ordered. It was a burrito, a hard shell taco and another thing, maybe one of the tacos I wanted. I turned around and brought the food back in because I just wanted the three tacos. When I got in the girl with short black hair who took my order said it was my fault because she said “if your screen is right we’ll get you at the window”. Didn’t argue, I didn’t hear her say that but it’s not impossible. I didn’t really care cause things happen and I just wanted to fix the problem.
There was another young lady there that tried to help and explain everything which was nice. An older lady who was also trying to figure out what was happening but still misunderstood what I wanted, though the older woman was also at the window when I was trying to get my change in the drive thru so I’m not sure exactly what was happening.
I decided the best bet was to get a refund and just go home. Tacos aren’t worth whatever trouble was happening there. I think the young lady that was trying to help was great but the other young lady with black hair and glasses is absolutely not ok. I think the young lady with black hair and glasses is trying to steal from either people and/or the restaurant. Definitely won’t go back.

Genuinely terrible. I Order a 10 piece nugget They give me a five piece so I called and they offered to replace it no problem. Come inside one girl is sitting in the lobby, eating a taco while cleaning a surface, manager was incredibly unprofessional and could not care less than a customer was in the lobby giggling the whole time with the employees. Get my 10 piece come back to eat it come to find out half of the 10 piece was bite-size gristle. Decide to not complain again and just choke it down and then go to eat the fries and see they’re quite obviously hours old and snapped in half like a branch. May seem like a minuscule problem for fast food, but considering that fast food is not something that’s easily accessible for everyone anymore when you pay full price or something it had better be as advertised. Insanely disappointed and will not be coming back to this location

Placed a big order and three separate chicken Quesaritos were supposed to be included. Every single one of them came with beef instead of chicken. That’s not a small mistake — that’s three items wrong in the same order. I paid for chicken, not beef, and clearly no one bothered to read the ticket. When you mess up multiple items the exact same way, it stops being an accident and starts being careless. Extremely frustrating. Do Better.

The service is absolutely terrible! Stay away! If they forget to give you your full order they will expect you to return to the location to get a replacement item or a refund. Both options will cost you more money in time and gas! When they are they are the ones who made the mistake. I will not be returning. They forgot 3 items and part of a 4th item. The bag was so full that it was impossible to check it before leaving.

The Windsor Taco Bell makes me very sad.
This was my fav food but this year the food has gotten worse and worse, chips are inedible over salted, cheese cups are always less than half full. Every. Freaking. Time. I live nearby so I order frequently. Had to take a photo of my chalupa supreme, has two small inch balls of meat in a row, missing a third of the taco, replaced with a ball of tomatoes. Chalupa is mostly empty shell. They’re pinching pennies and ripping good taco bell lovers off relentlessly. And i only ever request just one sauce packet, and don’t receive it. Repeatedly. So Sad. :.(

Employees refused to let anyone in this store except for friends despite it being 3 hours before closing. It took 15 minutes for our drive through order, despite the store having no other customers, as the employees were jacking around with their friends inside
