This place is disgusting. Windows are foggy and handprints are all over, food is under almost every single table in the lobby, tables aren’t wiped down, counters aren’t wiped down, trashes are entirely full and overflowing around the building and in the building. The floors looked like they hadn’t been swept in days. The bathrooms were disgusting as well and smelt mildly of cigarette smoke. Attached are a few photos of the bathroom. This is unacceptable and disgusting for a food establishment. The staff also frequently mess up orders or forget to put stuff in the bag. Service also takes a while. Overall poor service and poor cleanliness.

To give benefit of the the doubt it is Christmas eve, but there should be no excuse to let your store get this disgusting. My mom in law had to ask someone to clean a table just so we had a clean place to eat. Bathrooms were just as bad. Worker seemed annoyed to wipe a table down but gave no attitude, food came out great!

Absolutely terrible service here. I waited at the counter for over 15 minutes before I was even greeted. All the while my mobile order is just sitting on the shelf. There were other customers waiting too, one of which an employee (who appeared to be a manager or team-lead) was incredibly rude to. When I finally got my order, my tacos were just empty shells! No filling at all. I have never had a more poor experience at a fast food establishment. If you’re craving Taco Bell, drive to a different location. This one ain’t it.

Food was sloppy at best. Rice and beans were barely filled. Didn’t give us our nacho sauce with our fries. Didn’t include any salsas asked for. Double check your food before pulling out of the drive thru ♀️

Several months later and the food prep quality is HORRENDOUS. Literally eat at ANY of the fast food near it. This place consistently messes up orders, misses items and sucks. Don’t spend your hard earned dollars here, it’s too expensive to waste here I PROMISE.

Drove up to the drive thru and was greeted very rudely with “what do you want?” I ordered a taco supreme and bean burritos with chipotle sauce added to them. The taco supreme had no sour cream and only three tomatoes on it. The bean burritos hardly had any beans or chipotle sauce and was missing the red sauce. Drove two minutes to get home and the food was already ice cold. We won’t be returning.

Absolutely horrible. Soft drinks were out and if that wasn’t enough they gave us no sauce or ice in our drinks. Tacos were very poorly made and showed minimal effort. My tea was warm and tasted horrible. At this point just shut this location down. My advice to you is avoid this location at all costs unless you want to be severely disappointed and angry at the lack of effort. If you are looking to be disappointed then this is just the place for you. No wonder no one was there. Taco bell, this is just sad.

Shoutout to the rude lady in Taco Bell who’s taking orders in the drive thru at around 2:30pm today. .She’s not only rude, she also doesn’t care if I have to drive back to get my missing orders. She’s unapologetic and doesn’t care. According to her, it happens all the time. Since she normalized this type of behavior she thinks it’s ok. She was yelling at me and I had to tell her to lower her voice and I don’t want to talk to her. I put it my missing order and when I got home, my 5 layers burrito had beans and cheese only. It shows in the food that they don’t care.
I wouldn’t recommend ever coming to this place. I will definitely escalate this to the management due to the poor behavior of the staff.

These fast food restaurants are getting ridiculous! Ordered a Mexican pizza and asked for extra tomatoes which they didn’t add to the food but charged us for them. Went to ask for the extra we paid for and it became a HUGE thing. They had to look at the order check the receipt consult with 2 other associates…like we were about to bankrupt their establishment by asking for some extra tomatoes….that we had already paid for! Pathetic!

I wanted a plate with being beef and orange chicken. The lady said it would be 10 minutes for the orange chicken and I was fine with that. She then proceeded to giggle and tell me that it would be closer to 25-30 minutes. While I could have gone somewhere else I had faith so I tried ordering my Beijing beef and she said okay. At the end when I was getting ready to pay she said that they also had none of that. Horrible expierence from this place they’re employees need to learn to do their job.
