Genuinely what is your deal? You work at Taco Bell you are not in the army, no one is making you work there. Screwing up people’s orders on purpose and adding DOUBLE of something they didn’t ask for is incredibly rude. I ordered my food without tomatoes and you added extra and completely covered my taco in sour cream with a bunch of tomatoes. It was soggy and I couldn’t eat it.
I’m incredibly allergic and I’m not exceedingly wealthy as to keep order food to accommodate your screw up. It’s fine to not like your job, but you guys need to seriously grow up. Do better. Stop acting like you’re on the front lines of a war because you have to do your job and make a crappy taco.
I’m not looking for quality I’m looking for a bad taco that’s made the way I asked for it; it doesn’t have to be good. I know what I’m in for.

Where can I start I came in to order food through the kosik the staff was talking, others were dancing. I’m all in for a good mood however 25 minutes is unacceptable you would think after that wait the food would be good but I got a burnt quesidilla. I work in the fast food industry myself i understand being short staffed understand bieng underpaid. But tolerating this behavior the gm really should be questioned about this. Considering I paid 33 dallors for this food. I will be calling for a formal complaint I truly hope you can make it up to me but as of right now the staff could care less of who is paying their wage.

Are you kidding me? Ordered through the app and this is what we got. This might be the worst location in town and that’s saying something. Food was absolutely awful tonight. Pic below is the avocado ranch chicken taco. Appetizing, right ?

Trying to pick up a DoorDash order and I’m told 5-10 minutes…. At 15 minutes I ask for my order and am told drive thru is prioritized so in other words mine hasn’t even been started and I’m standing here waiting 15 minutes. Then the manager says just drop the order. If I drop the order it hurts my scores due to no fault of my own because I showed up at the pickup time. She just looks at me and says sorry that’s how it is. When I asked if my order could be started already she says once again that we have drive thru orders. DOORDASH should drop them if this is how they treat their paying customers orders.
Meanwhile the manager just stands at drive thru doing absolutely nothing! Like jump in and help your team, any good manager knows that’s how it’s done!

Never had Taco Bell breakfast before but we headed to ft Collins for an early movie @ Cinemark on Saturday 12/20/25 & so we stopped for a quick bite. The service at this Taco Bell has always been good for me personally, & they have always made my food correctly ( which apparently is real hard to do for most companies ) and I sincerely appreciate it! We all definitely prefer lunch/ dinner at Taco Bell over their breakfast! But it’s not because it was made badly or anything, it’s just that they should stick to the lunch & dinner. But enough people enjoy it or they wouldn’t still have it, right!? Everything else was great however!

Prospect & College:
Had to pick up a delivery order this morning. There were 4 people working when I mentioned I was there to pick up a delivery order.
This is at 5am this morning with only a couple of cars in the drive thru, and not only did they make me wait 10 minutes orders and making them before getting to mine. This was after being told they were working on mine only to see a manager women and two male employees standing on the line talking. Notaling my food. After waiting for no real reason for ten minutes, the lady manager tosses my delivery onto the counter, set the drink on the counter and turns and walks away. Not saying anything nor giving me a bag to put it in. Utterly remarkable that a business treats it’s customers this way. This is not the first time, this is just the straw that broke the camels back!!!
I hope you lose your business if this is the way your business is ran. I hate the place as much as I hate using the word hate. As much as I hate saying “I hope you lose the business”. This is not my style in speaking, but how could you treat deliveries and those delivering like they do not matter.
I wanted 20 minutes one week ago while any and everyone who came in after recieved their orders. You make us last when we help make your company and business more money!! You should be ashamed, but you probably could care less as your employees show. Thank you for making these experiences about the word I have ever seen in my life. Great job. Oh, tell your employees id they are going to say they are getting your order ready, maybe get it ready instead of standing in a huddle (w/a manager on the line) just talking with a foot hiked up on one of the racks like they are at a water-cooler. Oh, while I’m still waiting fory food!! SMH

The food order was wrong and we went thru the drive through. The food was good though! I was ordering my usual 3 soft tape Supremes and got a soft Taco Supreme and a quesedilla. It was a good surprise .

I’ve had many bad experiences at this particular location. 1 night I came in to pick up a door dash order and waited for 45 minutes ( I was on my 30 minute lunch, ordered beforehand). While I was waiting for my food I watched the kitchen staff dancing around and talking instead of actually cooking. I was also 1 of 6 people waiting for food. That was the first bad experience. Then tonight I went through the drive thru again on my lunch, I tried to order at the menu board but I could barely hear the cashier because the music playing inside was concert level loud. I pulled up to pay for my food and got back to work to eat and found out that I paid and then got the wrong food. I would have checked it at the window if I wasn’t in a rush to get back to work. I guess I’ll have to just go to another location from now on. This one is ridiculous.

I wanted to apologize to the staff for innapropriately expressing my anger towards the staff tonight. My feelings shouldn’t come out at Taco Bell staff and the staff didn’t do anything wrong. The food and service were really good. The tacos were delicious. Great job guys.

This is definitely the best Taco Bell I know of in northern Colorado. The service and quality of food are above-average on a regular basis.
EDIT: DO NOT eat inside. They do not prioritize the guests in the lobby at all whatsoever. Just order in the drive thru and you’ll be fine.
