Most employees here are super fast and kind! One person in particular being a tall slender white male. Maybe mid 40s is the hardest working employee there! He’s always taking orders and helping customers constantly and fast! Helping make food when they need the help. I would guess he’s a manager if not he needs to be! He works night shifts.
Now my recent experience with this place wasn’t so good. That’s why I’m giving one star right now. There’s a white slender female with red hair that’s clearly dyed. She looks mid 40s and has a higher pitched voice. Usually takes orders a the drive thru window. I was picking up a delivery through the drive thru window. This night the line was SUPER long, which happens at this location a lot when she’s running the drive thru. Someone two cars behind me began honking their horn over and over and over once I got to the speaker. Finally when this lady asked who I was picking up for I told her and drove up to the window. Once she handed me my food she was EXTREMELY rude and told me “do not honk in my drive thru line again!” Then shut the window on me when I was in the middle of trying to tell her it wasn’t me honking and was trying to tell her who was actually honking. Ever since this night she has been pretty rude to me and any chance she gets she’ll avoid having to help me when I’m picking up delivery orders! I’ve come here quite a bit for deliveries and never once was rude to her or anyone at this location. So to be accused of suddenly being rude after 100s of times picking up orders really got to me! I tried calling a few times to speak to a manager or someone above her incase she is a manager but no luck on being able to speak to one. I just wish she would have asked me first if it was me honking before she snapped at me and started treating me horribly ever since.

Stopped in at Taco Bell this evening. I have the pleasure of being served by Roberto the manager who did an outstanding job and gave amazing customer service. I highly recommend this Taco Bell. Thank you very much.

Taco Bell on Elizabeth is a lot more time saving and has friendlier staff compared to the one on college and prospect.
This location is also constantly having trendy crowds and everyone looks happy and satisfied.
Driving access and packing is more accessible.
The lobby closes around midnight and it becomes drive through the rest of the night

They didn’t open on time. I was in the drive thru for ten minutes after they opened, and nothing. I drive up to the window, and they ask me to come into the lobby to order. As soon as I do, no words they just point me to the self order kiosks. Absolutely not, No way. Give me a person to take my order. Ridiculous.

I’m staring off by saying, I’m really frustrated. Running a hospitality business relies HEAVILY on consistency and unfortunately this location (and maybe Taco Bell in general) is the farthest thing from consistent. My favorite item to order is the Crunch Wrap supreme. However, 4 out of the 5 times I’ve ordered this recently, a very key ingredient has been missing… THE MEAT!!! The one time it was included is because I acted like a Karen and said “please make sure this has meat”. Taco Bell, please include all ingredients advertised and included in your menu items. Crunch Wrap Supreme is meant to have tomato, lettuce, crunch tostada, sour cream, cheese, AND MEAT. PLEASE do NOT forget to meat again. I have no problems continuing to act like a Karen to get the bare minimum of expectations from a fast food restaurant. ESPECIALLY if you charge continue to charge $6 and skimp on a key ingredient. The difference is jarring. Bad business.

Spent $19 for 2 beef supreme chalupas and a Mexican pizza… ridiculous pricing but on top of that I didn’t get the chalupas.. they gave me 2 supreme tacos. I used to love Taco Bell but they have gone so downhill with freshness, amt of fillings and getting my order wrong. I didn’t have time to go back and swap it out, so pretty much got ripped off. Don’t waste your money!

I only ever go to this Taco Bell. When I go to Taco Bell, I always get the same thing, a chicken quesadilla with extra creamy jalapeño sauce. I’m usually never satisfied with my quesadillas when I go to other Taco Bells, which is fine since I’m not expecting fantastic food when I go to Taco Bell. However, I have always been left pleasantly surprised with the food when I go to this Taco Bell. The chicken is never chewy and overcooked, the cheese is always melted, and most importantly, my quesadilla is always cut the whole way through. I would recommend this Taco Bell over any other in the entire state.

Unfortunately needed to pull my old review and update. The past three times I’ve eaten here have been rough, most recently, why did the soft tacos taste mildewy, and why was one of them soaking wet (wrapper and all)?
The service is still pretty solid/friendly but the food has been a challenge to enjoy after that initial visit. Sorry guys..

I would say this is the worst Taco Bell in town but that would be dishonest so at least they have that going for them. I only really go here for the drinks as I prefer Pepsi products. Ordered through the app pull through to get my food to discover they are out of ice? Not sure how you run out considering it’s made from readily available ingredients. Rudely was told the drink was already cold. Funny how the staff has no shame asking for donations to their scholarship fund, but are to ashamed to walk to one of the 30 restaurants directly around them to fill up an ice bucket.
