My food is completely smashed. I got everything that I did not order. I waited for 35 minutes inside. You had three employees and they seem like they had no idea what they were doing. Everyone was learning maybe it was just a bad day for you guys, but this is every single time I come to Taco Bell and Evergreen and unfortunately it’s my daughters and my favorite place to go.

They decided to close 30 minutes early in a place where it is already tough to get food later at night. The hours online should reflect the hours of operation so no one wastes their time trying to get food and risks not making it to another restaurant this time of night.

Don’t do a mobile app order at this store. You can have a $6.50 item in your order that they’re out of and they’ll let you leave the drive thru without telling you they didn’t give it to you. When you go in to tell them, he’ll say they can’t give a refund and you can request one in the app, which isn’t true because all you can do is provide feedback. I don’t understand why they wouldn’t say anything and just let me leave. And when you tell them he looks at you like you’re SOL. I really wanted this store to be a good one, but I won’t be back.

This location is never open, if it is open it opens late so if you have an earlier lunch time no luck. If it is open still it is only staffed by one maybe two people making the waits longer. I don’t blame the staff as most of my interactions with them is great but the location is not properly staffed or located. Close this store and put something or someone that knows how to run it. The Wendy’s near them experiences the same hiring issues yet everything is miles ahead of this Taco Bell.

In the drive thru I had ordered 2 cheesy bean and rice burritos to be grilled, substituted with black beans and adding ground beef. Instead I got black bean and rice burritos with ground beef not grilled and they did not come with cheese. They also forgot our drink, had to run inside to get it.

Good luck trying to get there when they’re open, which is practically never. It’d be more cost effective for the franchisee and corporate to close this location permanently then pay staff who don’t care and put in the bare minimum at best. If you do manage to order at this location when they’re open, expect super long wait times to not even get your full order. Every time I have managed to actually order from this location, 4 to 5 times in total in the last year, I have waited 30 minutes minimum, in store mind you, for a simple order, to have it incorrect every time. JUST CLOSE THIS LOCATION DOWN!!!
