I thought this was “fast food,” but we’ve been here for twenty minutes and still haven’t gotten any food. At least it gave us time to write this review. The drink machine appears to be running low on syrup because all the drinks taste like water (although the lemonade is okay I guess, but that’s only because nobody every drinks lemonade except for people like me who get stuck at taco Bells with no other drinks available). And the place is a complete mess. Even my teenage son is uncomfortable with how dirty it is, and you should see his room. There was a screaming baby to add to the misery, but that’s not Taco Bell’s fault so I don’t know why I’m mentioning it. Still waiting for food… not sure what else to say… oh wait, the guy who got here before us (so he’s been here thirty minutes) just got his food! Maybe we’re next! Maybe there’s a Michelin-starred chef back there among the deep fryers and the food is going to be amazing. You never know. Well anyway, don’t ever come here. If the food does end up tasting like fine gourmet dining I will come back and change my review, but right now it’s a solid one star.

We ordered uber eats and the foot was awful. I got a chicken quesadilla with extra sauce and there was NO SAUCE! And the crunch wrap supreme had no nacho cheese or sour cream.

Floor and surfaces littered with filth. Employees cursing and screaming about how they won’t fulfill duties. Employees on cell phones around food. Employees screaming about quitting while other employees are late. Employees with awful facial hair not using hair nets. Drive Thru employee not present while Drive Thru is loaded. Empty tacos. This location is a dumpster fire.

I understand if the restaurant is busy, but we have been waiting almost 3 hours for our food when most people are gone on break. I have never had a quick and easy experience with this Taco Bell, I don’t want to be quick to blame any workers or anything, but there has to be something going on where they have to take an extra hour than they say on the order because a singular taco will take 2 hours on the app.

This place ALWAYS messes up something. Last time i ordered, they forgot 2 items and the crunchwrap supreme had like a half tablespoon of meat. It was extremely thin. If you can, go to another place. If not, go in person and make sure they give you everything. This place is seriously one of the worst Taco Bells ive ordered from.

Service is absolute trash, employees do everything possible to avoid helping customers at the counter, drive thru is even worse which is why I never use it. Expect to wait at least 20-25 mins when it is not at all busy, at least an hour when there is any sort of line. Food quality is garbage (as is expected with taco bell) but the people who work here make me lose all hope for the human species
FUN FACT!! Corporate was in the building today for a couple hours, during which the place actually functioned almost sufficiently! (Even though the higher ups were doing nothing but having a conversation). This is just proof that the staff here are fully capable of providing adequate service but literally do not care about you unless someone from upstairs is watching.

If I could rate the service negative stars I would, ive eaten in, gotten take out, and done delivery, and every single time except for the middle of the day, the people in back work extremely slow, and the worst part, they put food on the back shelf out of reach, and refuse to give the food to the LINE OF PEOPLE waiting for their food unless they get their attention and ask for it, and even then, they deliberately avoid making eye contact with the line because they know its there. The drive thru also has the same problem, the line is always packed, not because everyone wants taco bell but because it takes 20 minutes to get your food even in the drive thru

One star is far too much to offer this taco bell. Food is disgusting and they will make you wait well over an hour and a half for any food, but don’t forget they’ll forget your drink too! They claim to be understaffed but there is no one at the counter, handling deliveries, or even remotely concerned with the customer experience. Do not go to this taco bell you’re better off going just a few miles away to any other taco bell. Horrible service, horrible at making food, just horrible horrible. They have dashers that aren’t being paid hourly like they are btw waiting for two hours and above for any of their orders. Absolute train wreck in there that they claim is due to understaffing but five workers were just hiding in the back doing absolutely nothing to help workers who can’t speak English struggling to keep up with the demand.

The staff is friendly a little slow but management needs to be dealt with due to having such a hard time with food quality, portion sizes, and order organization. I am constantly given the wrong order or an order with missing items as well as items not really wrapped and slopped together. I get it This is Taco Bell but it is so sad.
