Don’t bother ordering here they don’t wear hair nets. I found a long blonde/red hair in my food. Drive all the way home just to find hair in my food. Disgusting. Mind you I have dark hair. Take a look for yourself. If I could give them zero stars I would.

The food is good when you eventually get it.
This is by far the slowest restaurant in the area and the slowest taco bell I’ve ever gone to. I typically order through the app and the last several visits I’ve had to wait over fifteen minutes AFTER driving from my house to get my food.
Staff does not greet or wait on people at the counter, large lines form as guests wait for orders to eventually get served. I didn’t believe I’ve ever seen a manager present at the store either.
The drive thru is no better then inside. No matter what if you come here your doomed to wait.
For the time and the cost literally any other fast food place on 104th is a better use of your time.

This closing night crew is literally the only time I go to Taco Bell an am satisfied! Thank you closers! You guys are probably the most under appreciated, underrated crew but by far the best! Thank you for properly serving us

The whole parking lot was completely pitch black. There were tons on cars in the drive thru and lots of people walking into the store. Very unsafe with no parking lot lights to see people walking behind your car! The place was swamped with cars so it took a long time to recieve my 2 item order. The food was simply OK. Nothing spectacular. The cinna twists were only half covered with cinn sugar so half of them tasted like plain oil. Not good! The tacos with no lettuce were light on the meat.

This has to be the slowest, nostalgic filthy dine in lobby I’ve seen across the whole country! Of their drink station and lobby is this dirty I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like….
Not a single clean table in the whole place!!

On 12/17/25 at 6:15 pm we tried to order the steak poblano quesadilla that was on the menu and the person said you don’t have that. Why would something be on a menu, if you don’t have it? Be better taco bell. I was really disappointed because I wanted to try that

Rude customer service. A girl named Nicole , gave use the wrong order, 6:00pm and still have not received our food till 6:44pm and still waiting. Rude service and laughed when I said we been waiting for almost an hour now.

It’s a wonder this place is open corporate must just not care anymore. My order is either wrong, or I get food that is made like this. As a previous fast food worker /assistant manager this is absolutely unacceptable for orders to be this bad and inconsistent. If I could give zero stars I definitely would.

I don’t care what some of these reviews say but I have had nothing but pure amazing experiences out of this bell. Matt especially, he honestly deserves a HUGGGGGGEEEEEE raise one of the most polite and busiest workers I have interacted with here. Huge shout out this might be my new home taco bell.

Had a relative that has never tried the apple empanadas. Well we went to three different taco bell restaurants trying to get those apple empanadas.
