I’ve never had a good experience at this Taco Bell. I’ve been here 5 times in my life and they always mess up your order guaranteed. I only come here on a time crunch.
I’m writing this review tonight to share that I ordered a Spicy Potato Soft Taco and it was literally just the sauce and tortilla. I am never coming here ever again. Visit the Taco Bell on 104th near the VASA if you’re craving Taco Bell, they do a much better job.

It has been six years since my last review of this place. Normally, I don’t like leaving bad reviews unless it’s really bad. Today, I had a positive experience, so I thought I’d share it. As I walked in, the restaurant seemed different. It’s was clean and organized. The customer, before me, placed a large order and then canceled it and left because it was too much, $30. The young cashier had to delete every item one by one before she could attend me. She was very polite and apologetic. I placed my order, and in less than 3 minutes, my order was ready. The restaurant was quiet even tho there were several patrons inside. The only complaint was that there were several alarms going off, and it sounded like I was in the hospital. I don’t remember the cashiers name, but it was not Sonia. That’s who the register was assigned to. She was courteous and friendly and spoke Spanish fluently.

It took 30 min just now to get two simple beefy potatoe grillers. The most lethargic crew I have seen in taco bell ever with diva like behavior unhappy person taking orders. Atmosphere like a morgue- depressing and unhappy.
We received our food 30 min after I asked how much longer.

This Taco Bell has slowly gone so far downhill, tonight might be the last time I go to this location.
In the recent months, they tend to mess up every order I have made. When I use the app and pick up in the drive thru, there are always between 5 and 8 employees sitting around talking near the counter, and maybe 1 or two actually working. Which is probably why they can’t get an order right.
Tonight they actually gave my mobile order to the car in front of me, then told me they couldn’t remake it. Then said they would, so I waited.
What I got was a tortilla filled with beef and nachos cheese. Definitely not what I ordered in any way shape or form.
Terrible location, terrible employees, terrible food simply because they seem to just throw things together and not make what you ordered. Wish I could give them zero stars.

A few days ago I was served by Johnathan he was the cashier working Drive thru. He had a really good energy about him and his customer service was good. Usually this Taco Bell gets the orders wrong but lately things have been different.

After my experience tonight, I caution everyone in the area about visiting this taco bell. I waited 45+ minutes for a 4 item order, all the while the staff was more concerned with cursing each other out, throwing food at each other, or talking with the friends they had sitting in the lobby. Of the 4 employees and one manager on duty, only the 4th employee, a young woman, was actually working on clearing out a lobby of upset door dash drivers and kiosk ordering customers. 4-5 people besides myself had 45+ minute wait times on small orders, even to the extent of requesting refunds, to which the employees got confrontational about people “not being patient enough”.
When I asked for the manager to refund my money, I was told that he “would get to me when he gets to me” and I waited an additional 10 minutes, watching the same 3 male employees banter with each other, curse each other out, and refuse to make parts of an online order when asked.
EDIT: Then, once I got home, I found out that of the 4 items in the order, two of them were still wrong, after 45 minutes.

Had an online order, when I politely asked to add an item on, the cashier said we are too busy for that, and to not even pull back through. Sorry, but isn’t that your job? I’m in the drive through ordering and y’all are too busy or understaffed? Then he proceeds to throw the bag at me at the window and yell the total. Actually disgusted with this behavior. I ordered the buy one get one free crunch wrap, missing one of the two. I requested no tomatoes, it was loaded. I requested fire sauce, received none. Ordered a Dr Pepper, received what I think is Diet Pepsi… with no ice. A warm soda, wrong warm soda. This place is a joke. I don’t know why i would even bother. They never get my order right. Maybe that is why they have less than a mediocre 3 star review. Advice, tighten up. This stuff costs too much money them to be consistently wrong. Clearly you are t looking for repeat quests.

I waited at the drive through for 10 minutes before they asked me what to order. I said I want a number nine the Mexican pizza meal and the guy on the other side said oh you want the deluxe number nine box and I said no. I’m going to order that next but I’m ordering a number 9 Mexican pizza meal right now. We go back and forth and I’m trying to let him know that I want a Mexican pizza meal and a number 9 box and he’s just not having it. So I go to pick up my order and pay $23 to get the box but no Mexican pizza. I go in to tell them I didn’t get the Mexican pizza and they made me pay six extra dollars to get it even though I already paid for it and they did not give me a refund. Also tried to argue with me when I came back in. Just give me the Mexican pizza that I paid for. Don’t make me pay six more dollars for the same Mexican pizza I already paid for.

Ive had mixed reviews about this place, the drive thru employees are always nice but it is so strange for a place to always have slow service regardless of how empty it is or not. 12/27, they weren’t serving any drinks except water. I had a mobile order beforehand but was still able to order a drink instead of the app telling me they are out which is kind of a big deal? The workers didnt acknowledge my drink so I was thinking about a refund thru the app but it doesnt let you submit at all?? If you guys are out of something, you need to let app users know before ordering and not acknowledging. I understand this is most likely a terrible management thing as they are constantly understaffed (and probably overworked)
