Very disappointed in this location consistently. Tonight was the last straw. Pictures speak well for the Crunchwrap Supreme, literally only lettuce and sour cream and flat as a pancake, bean burritos had beans and cheese but no sauce. They continue to be a let down and it’s is sad because of how convenient they are for us.

I’ve been to plenty of Taco Bells in my lifetime and this is by far one of the worst Food absolutely burnt to a crisp they forgot my drink and my cinnamon twists are cold I have given this this Taco Bell more than one try at different times of the day to find Maybe a good time to walk in but still go to the other Taco Bell down the street it’ll be more worth it

This location CONTINUOUSLY puts a fraction of the ingredients as they should in their products. Over the last 6 months, they have failed to put the correct amount of ingredients in their products. Other locations easily put twice as much and I’m always getting empty burritos and tacos. Its FREAKING RIDICULOUS. Today I had the manager re-make my food, and she wasn’t happy with me, made me feel uncomfortable for even asking. Steak Grilled Cheese Burrito costs $6.79 but they give you less food than a basic taco. Two photos taken months apart, two different shifts, totally different crews, shows the pattern of intentionally under serving their products. Would love to speak to their general manager and asking him to stop grifting their customers.

Always love the rude attitude from the drive thru staff here. Asked for sauce, they said they put it in the bag already. Hmm, they must be mind readers because I never said what I wanted. But thanks for the few mild packets. When I asked for hot and fire the dude had his usual attitude. Then I had to go in and get actually enough sauce. The food is light to say the least, don’t understand why everything has gotten so small at this location. The staff and manager really need retraining on customer service and consistency.

Seems this place loves to forget items and has been cheaping out on food. Somehow the past few times we’ve been here they have forgotten the most expensive items we have ordered. Then they are hardly putting anything in the food. One measley overcooked chicken strip in the new chicken taco?! Come on! Then I get what looks like a mini quesadilla?! Like, what is going on here?! Staff gets an attitude. Oh, I’m sorry, you forgot my food and messed things up continually and they have an attitude? Try getting the order correct, placing ALL of the items in my bag every time, and make sure there’s more than lettuce on things. Using the excuse that this is a high volume store only works so much.

I asked for my side taco (got a crunchwrap meal) to come with chicken instead of beef. They did not follow directions and still up charged. My mom bought me this meal and I only get to see her once a month, if that, so we’re not even able to take the taco back/ get a refund. 🙁

DO NOT GO HERE — RUDE AND WRONG ORDER! Went through the drive thru and upon leaving put the food aside and drove home. We opened the bag and initially we thought they gave us fries by accident bit in fact it was the complete wrong order! When I called the manager (Jose) for a refund they said they could not do that and I needed to drive back with the food for a full refund. I explained this was not convenient but did so anyways, when I walked in with the order he ignored me despite other employees pointing and wanting me taken care of. Jose then threw away the food and drink and would not refund the entire total, as you can see with the receipt. I asked for a full refund and he said that was all he could do, he also would not replace the order due to the inconvenience. I will not return and this manager should be replaced due to poor customer service.

Just moved to the neighborhood. This Taco Bell has been nothing but delicious. Staff is friendly, orders are always fresh and shoutout to the crew who worked last Saturday night. We did a mobile order with lots of modifications and everything was correct. Thank you to the employees at this place. Appreciate y’all!!
