Will go to Burger king instead – Simply asked to change/substitute the awful cinnamon twist things for anything , absolutely anything (chips or anything) they said they can’t , seems they’d rather lose a customer than substitute chips. This surely reflects the management – nobody else. Surely the management wasn’t trained in customer retention so even how to apologize to a customer for any inconvenience.

I went to this restaurant today and when I pull up to the drive-through, I placed my order online, pulled up to the drive-through and the manager was extremely rude because I had forgotten to place in the order. I had it on my phone and forgot to place it in. Once I did place it in she told me to pull around and park. And she would bring out the food as soon as possible I had waited about 15 minutes, parked out front for my food. I go in there to see where the food is, and they haven’t even put it through on their end so it was never even started I would say the management here is very poor and was not trained well, not welcoming and they forgot to put items in my bag accused me of taking them and wouldn’t replace them.i spent 33 dollars here for very poor unwelcoming treatment. I would say this location is not the location to go to. if you can avoid this one and go to a different one I would. It was not busy at all, so I can’t give them an excuse that there was a rush because there was not the lobby was empty very few people coming through the drive-through.

I had not been to this restaurant for many years, and I decided to stop there today. I ordered a combination that had a mexican pizza and two tacos supreme. The Mexican pizza was bad. They used old food in it. The taste was like there was rancid oil used to cook with. I ate half of it, and I felt bad for hours afterward. I would have taken the food back and ask for my money back, but I am too busy for that. I will NEVER return to this restaurant. I will likely never return to Taco Bell at all. I used to love taco bell back in the 70’s and 80’s. RIP Taco Bell, I will NOT miss you.

Very clean restaurant and restrooms, I found the young that was cleaning the dinning room to be very polite and helpful! And the cashier also to be polite.. Thanks guys !

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE 1/29/25 at 9:40pm.
They forgot a few things off my order (It happens I manage a couple restaurants) no worries. As I go there I tell them if I could please get them, they handed me the Cinnabons they forgot and a burrito, I let them know I ordered a steak burrito but got beef instead. The manager Lilia got so defensive and aggressive saying she’s the one who bagged my order and for sure knew I was lying about missing the items. I live 15 minutes away I wouldn’t go back if I was missing 1 thing but when it’s multiple it’s a problem!! She didn’t make my food again and said if I brought back the whole order she’d throw in a free burrito?? Free even tho I payed for it?? For sure won’t be coming back. If someone can get back to me about this I’d like that.

The reason why because I bought a taco cantina plate and went I asked the lady at front about why I didn’t get a fork or spoon she not that friendly said we don’t have any and she turned around back on me without not even sorry or something that plate required a spoon or fork in order to get eaten but well there’s my comment
