How do you ignore a customer at the counter for a solid SEVEN MINUTES? I placed a mobile order in advance so I could grab and go. I stood at the counter by the empty mobile order shelf. 7+ minutes later, I was finally acknowledged. My food was behind the counter getting cold for who knows how long. Absolutely awful service. At least this location put napkins in the bag though!

The menu here is standard Taco Bell. The Mexican pizza is good as are the soft tacos. The Cinnabon delights are a treat for dessert. They have a discounted senior drink size.

Ordering is via a computerized station. However, I was told to just order at the counter because it didn’t always work. Service was fast, friendly and helpful. Food was delivered in short order even though it was busy. In addition to tables, there was a counter with seating which had electrical outlets. They do have some wheelchair accessible seating. They do have unsecured Wi-Fi available for guests.

There’s plenty of parking.

Amazing, especially compared to their counterparts on Leetsdale, Quebec, and other locations. They actually care, take pride, and understand customer service. Every other one in nearby Denver/Aurora is not worthy of comparison.

After 20+ years in various types of restaurants, I know when people deserve praise.

Alright, I was totally expecting more from this place since my coworker comes here pretty often and I’ve never heard her complain. However I cannot stand broken tacos, and I know it doesn’t happen by chance simply because Ive worked at fast food taco places before and only ever seen them crushed when my coworker would do it to be petty.
So whoever is squeezing the hell out of the tacos when they make them or put them in the bag is definitely not doing anybody any favors here
Service was a little pushy through the drive thru I was trying to figure out what I wanted and the attendant kept telling me they were ready for the order not even a minute apart.
All in all not a great experience here and would definitely be back for new tacos if I didn’t have to be back at work so soon.

Terrible experience (second time)

This is the second time I’ve come to this Taco Bell and they’ve given me the wrong order. Tonight, I asked the girl at the drive-thru multiple times if my order was correct, and she kept saying yes. When I got home, it turned out to be a completely different order, and several items were missing.

It already happened once before, but this time was the last straw. It’s clear there’s no attention to detail and no care for the customers. I’ll never come through this drive-thru at night again.

manager needs better training

i went inside to order and getting my food took WAY TOO LONG! Absurd.

Thing is, everyone on the crew were working hard. They were hustling. They were professional.

That means there is either not enough staff or the work flow process is flawed. The crew was great, but I cannot return. Just too slow!

Pretty insane experience in this Taco Bell, ordered on kiosks and sat in the dining area for 30 minutes just watching people pile up and no food come out whatsoever. No employees acknowledged anyone that was waiting at at any time. Never seen anything like it, something is way wrong with how this location is being operated.

I recently visited a Taco Bell and asked for the restroom code, but the associate only gave it to me in Spanish. When I explained that I didn’t speak Spanish and asked another employee for help, the second associate responded with a rude attitude, insisting the first employee had already informed me. Despite my efforts to clarify that I didn’t understand Spanish, the staff member was unhelpful and impolite. This experience was disappointing because clear communication and friendly service are important, especially in customer-facing roles. Providing restroom codes or other essential information in multiple languages or with patience ensures all customers feel welcome and respected. I hope Taco Bell can improve staff training on customer service and communication to avoid similar situations in the future.
