I typically don’t review fast food restaurants because of the high turnover rates and generally spotty service, but what they’re doing here is crazy. Literally told me to circle back through the long drive-thru line to pick up my food.
I placed a mobile order, went through the drive-thru, and gave my name at the ordering speaker (so you’d think my order would be entered in the queue, on the screens that the staff use to make each order, after the car in front of me and before the car behind me).
When I pulled up to the window they told me to circle back around the drive-thru line again so they could make my food fresh, because it was a mobile order (as if that should make any difference). That makes absolutely zero sense, and they did the same thing to my s/o recently.
Having to circle back through a long drive-thru line defeats the whole purpose of the order of the line! Especially when the mobile order was placed before entering the drive-thru line in the first place. I am really curious to see if they try this nonsense again, quite possibly the most bizarre fast food experience I’ve ever had. Btw I did not circle back through the line.

Been there 2 times. Food has been hot and order was perfect both times. If you order online give it for 5 minutes before you jump into the drive-thru line.

This Taco Bell location is usually A-1 service however it is now becoming a hit or miss I ordered off the new cantina menu and was given something completely opposite this looks like it’s beef or something and it doesn’t taste that well . O ordered the cantina chicken burrito meal which was to come with the cantina burrito, a crunchy chicken taco cheese sauce and chips and a drink instead a got this grilled beef something a soft chicken burrito and a chicken chalupa? Perhaps the worker put in the wrong order I’m unsure but this is horrible .

Let’s start by saying absolutely trash. I ordered uber eats and everything was cold and old. My tortilla on my beefy 5 layer is hard. They forgot both my empanada which was the main reason I even ordered from here. The beef gordita is soggy and gross. I asked and paid for extra nachos cheese and didn’t receive it. What a joke. It’s 5 min drive to my place from here, so how could everything be so old?

Didn’t even receive pick up order waited over 30 minutes and they only care for the drive through orders. Decided to just leave and go elsewhere don’t waste your time.

Ordered online for 6:15 pickup, and picked it up at 6:10 got home and everything is super cold and hard, according to the receipt it was made at 4:58 and just sat and sat and sat!? WTH? Everything in the trash and now finding something else to eat for dinner so thanks for that! I demanded a refund thru the stupid app, I’m deleting that app and nasty Taco Bell from my life!!!

Rough. I stood by the mobile order counter for over 5 minutes before literally waving my arms around before anyone would even acknowledge my existence with “Can I help you?” Yes, my mobile order has said ready but isn’t there. It was just sitting behind the counter getting cold. I was the ONLY customer in there.
