First they forgot one of my burritos. Then I get back home AGAIN and this is the taco I get??? Not once did I ask for a plain broken cold taco or was it stated on the receipt. This place is getting ridiculous. You’d think the managers would know how to train or help on expo and the regional managers would do something. Dont waste your time here.

Ordered the $9 Luxe Box and Diablo sauce at the drive-thru, saw a box and lots of Diablo sauce and though it to be my order. Got to my destination 10 minutes later and all that was in the box was a quesadilla. Just under $12 for a small quesadilla and a small Baja Blast, not to mention an incorrect order, is diabolical.

Food delivery driver here. The man working this evening was very unprofessional, disrespectful and rude. He asked me the name for the order, it was ready to go behind him. He just needed to hand it to me, but started taking care of another customer that walked in behind me. No apology after I had to unnecessarily wait. The store was empty not busy. It’s like he did it on purpose. Delivery drivers represent customers and should be taken care of in order. Very rude man.

Most times this Taco Bell is alright but lately I’ve been coming for breakfast and they are never open on time. Looks like you need some new management. One or two times a month still isn’t ok but it seems to be happening multiple times a week now.

I got like 6 beans in my cheesy gordita crunch… This location consistently has terrible service, either completely ignoring you in the lobby or taking 10-15 extra minutes off of what the app says. Guess I’ll be driving farther to avoid this location..

This place stole money from a customer that i personally saw pay for the food they did not receive. Their staff is rude. They didnt get my food right or my wife’s. My crunchwrap was not steak even tho I was charged for it. My wife was charged to remove nacho cheese from a cruchwrap and AGAIN charged for shredded cheese. I ordered supreme on my taco as well and received a regual taco. They never have anyone in their lobby due to the fact garbage is always full and their NEVER at the counter. Apon artiving there fpr dinner the other day… i AM NOT JOKING I WAITED AT THE COUNTER FOR 3 MINUTES. No one taking orders, no one in drive threw GARBAGE FULL AGAIN and i had to call to the back of a restaurant to a group pf chuckling people not interested in helping anyone get service. Once someone asks for a manager you will notice EVERYONE becomes head manager…. and there goes your want to eat there or want to give them money! Seriously this is Devnver where tacos are EVERYWHERE and better tasting so you would expect a taco bell to be accurate anf polite with the customers that do go there… but not this store! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!

*Let me be clear I love tacobell i go there 6 times a week (and can prove this) all over different towns at different times. so writing thia bad review on them sucks! But after REPEATED ATTEMPTS to just get the order I placed and payed for from this store on Pecos street here in Denver I could no longer hold my review back. STEP IT UP!
Dont Go Here! They DO NOT APPRECIATE CUSTOMERS! Your food has a 75% chance of being cold. And Your 98% guaranteed to have ATLEAST one thing wrong with your order. Weather its missing your upgrade(that you WILL pay for) or that they just completely butcher what you did order. You will not be happy with this product unless your drunk or dont care about what you actually eat!
