I had a very unpleasant experience at this Taco Bell. The cashier was extremely rude from the moment we ordered. He spoke to us with a bad attitude, rolled his eyes, and kept giving my friend and me dirty looks for no reason. We were respectful the entire time, yet we were treated as if we were bothering him just by being there.
Customer service matters, and this was unacceptable. If you don’t like dealing with customers, you shouldn’t be working the front counter. This experience completely ruined our visit, and I will not be coming back.

I normally have a pretty good experience at this location but last night I went through the drive thru and I forgot to get my card back, my fault but also not something i should have to remind the cashier about. Not a big deal except for the fact thet I then got charged a for a second, different order. The cashier at the window not only forgot to give me my card back, but then made a personal order with my card. I have now deactivated the card and ordered a new one before the thief who works for you decided to make any more purchases. Will be going to a different location from now on with more honest staff

Do not eat here. I put an order online, and when we showed up to pick up our food they told us the kitchen was closed so to maintenance. So I asked for my money back to go somewere else
They then made me wait for 25 min just to hand me and my wife some wet tacos . Our tacos were soaking wet and tasted like chemicals. I then called the store 8 times and they did not answer
I drove back and the door was locked and they were stairing at me like stupid scared children from the inside .. I’m never eating here again. I suggest you don’t either. Also getting sick of everywhere in edgewater. This Taco Bell sucks and there stingy with straws and there soda NEVER tastes good

I don’t know what goes on at night at this Taco Bell, it’s not the vibe tho. We experienced rudeness the first time around, was told we had to go back around after the first order. I wish there was a manager to talk to, obviously not as they are completely disorganized (watch the whole video), and lack communication. I honestly don’t know who to tell about this, hope this helps somebody

All I asked for was the original sauce. Not everybody eats hot spicy shit so there’s no reason why you should just throw all your sauces into one container and hope for the best when giving customer service no matter how busy a line is you should still strive to give customer service to your best of your ability
