I ordered Cantina Chicken tacos, that I have gotten before from other locations.
It took a long time for my food.
And the chicken should not be black. Its either VERY old or very overcooked. Its like jerky.

I’ve lived in Lone Tree for about 6 months now and Taco Bell has always been my fall back. This Taco Bell consistently delivers with food quality and customer service whether I’m there for breakfast, lunch, or the midnight food run, I’m always greeted kindly and the food is delivered in a prompt and delicious manner.

I should not have to pull out every item in my drive thru bag each time I go here to ensure I got my whole order… But if I don’t…I will 100% hi home missing an item every time. It’s beyond frustrating that I can’t EVER trust I’ll get my full order from the drive thru. And if you actually want more than one chip’s worth of cheese with the chips and cheese, you better check the cheese amount before you drive away. It is usually barely 1/4 full every time. I would not go to Taco Bell anymore if my kids didn’t want it once in a while… Which is a bummer because I actually do like a lot of their food. But the service is so bad at every location I pretty much refuse to go anymore. I had hopes for this reopened location and it’s quickly turned in to the typical – never gets your order right and acts surprised or confused when you ask to get what you actually ordered (including just wanting the hot sauces you requested on the app) – just like all the other locations. Taco Bell… Do better. PLEASE.

Worst experience. Mobile ordered. Food took 48 MINUTES. Showed up and checked in through the drive thru. Was told to pull around and park in front. 25 minutes later and 5 cars later I pull around the drive thru again to check on the order. They say its ready but to stay in the drive thru. MIND YOU THERES 3 OTHER VEHICLES IN FRONT. I asked them to just bring it outside like they had ORIGINALLY INSTRUCTED. They say no and that they would prefer it if we stayed in the drive thru. Asked for extra sauce. Got nothing.
When I received my food they included 2 free taco coupons and a free burrito.
Not necessary, as I will never return to this location again.

Worst service and food I’ve ever eaten. Or tried to eat. That’s if they remember to put your full order in a bag OR if they don’t destroy it while making it. I ordered 3 Mexican Pizzas and ALL 3 were inedible! I can power through most old/spoiled food but the fried shells were so out of date they tasted like rotting cardboard! Then I tried the crunch wrap as well and THAT was old and stale! What is going on with the management over there?!
